Forgiving the Traumatized

There was large white flash of light. You looked around you.

Mabel and Dipper were both on the ground, slowly but steadily standing up. Both of them held there head, confused and dazed.

"Dipper!" Mabel yelled running to her brother and hugging him tight. Tears stinging her eyes

"Mabel? What.. happened?" He looked around then met your eyes. "Y/n? Are you okay?"

You just stood there, until finally tears began to build at the corner of your eyes. You collapsed onto your knees sobbing hysterically, hiding your face.

"Wow y/n? What's wrong?" Dipper ran to you. Embracing you and lifting your face.

"Im sorry Dipper... I'm so sorry.." I sobbed. How could I do this to him? How could I give away his body to bill like that?

"What? Y/n what happened?" He asked, sounding more concerned.

You had to tell him. He would find out soon anyway.

"Dipper I.." you took a long, shaky breath "the wooden ledge you were on collapsed, and you went down with it. You were mid fall when everything just.. froze. The woods turned weird and grey and... and" you choked your tears down. "I made a deal with bill." You finally spat out.

Mabel gasped, and Dipper looked... scared

"Y/n... what was the deal?"

"He said he would save your life if I gave him permission to possess your body whenever and wherever...I'm.. im sorry! I didn't want to lose you and I was being selfish and I-"

Dipper held your face in his hands, a sorrowful look in his eyes.

"Y/n.. I'm not mad.. you did what you thought was right and you saved me.. thank you. I'm sure we can find a way to fix this!" He stood up, smiling and lending you a hand so you could stand up yourself.

Mabel joined you and you all went in for a group hug. There was surely someway to save Dipper from bill. We just have to find out how.

All of a sudden Dipper backed away, holding his face and groaning.

"Dipper? Are you okay?" Mabel called to him.

"Ha..haha..hahhaHAHAHAHAHA" Dipper..or bill started laughing crazily. His eyes were a warm yellow with slits like a cats.

"Man, been so long since I've been in a body like this! Ha! Feels good to be out of the mindscape for once!" Bill wobbled a bit, having trouble standing, but got used to it soon.

You and Mabel both groaned, starting to head back to the shack while bill laughed.

"Hey I've forgotten how fun pain is! I wonder how jumping off the edge feels!" He yelled excitedly and started walking back to the waterfalls drop.

"Bill no!" You cried grabbing onto his wrist and yanking him back. He fell
right on his ass and snickered

"Jeez! You said you would save Dipper not go and kill him again!" You sighed

"Ha! I was only kidding toots, I won't kill his body... may hurt him though" he laughed and skipped down the hiking trail.

Me and Mabel just looked at each other, sighing and quickly followed after him.

After hiding all the knifes and forks out of Bills reach you and Mabel finally had a chance to relax. You sunk into the couch, bill on the floor... pinching himself.

After a long silence bill sighed and Dippers body collapsed on the ground. Both you and Mabel jumped at the same time. You lifted him in your arms.. still cautious since it's also bill.

"Ughhhh..." Dipper groaned and slowly opened his eyes.

"Dipper? Is it you?"

"Bro bro?"

"Argh.. yea it's me.. could you guys.. stop bill from hurting my body next time.." he huffed out a tired laugh

"Oh yea sorry.." you avoided your gaze and turned it over to the clock "oh.. it's pretty late my mom wants me home soon" you sighed

"But.. what if bill comes back when I'm asleep?"

"Oh yea.. Mabel could you-" you looked at Mabel but she was frantically shaking her head

"No way! When he did have control of Dipper I couldn't even get him to listen to me! He only listens to you y/n" she looked down "sorry Dipper but it's probably safer to stay with y/n.. he probably listens to her more because she made the deal"

"I mean.. I don't think y/n-"

"Nah of course you can stay with me! My mom won't mind. She'll be off on a business trip in a few days anyway."

"Y/n are you sure?"

"Of course! And if I'm having trouble I'll call you Mabel."

She nodded her head happily and hugged her brother tightly.
"See you two tomorrow!" She waved goodbye as you and Dipper started to walk to your home.

"Hey y/n...thanks. I know you might feel bad for what's happening but im glad you saved my life."

"Oh uh.. yea don't mention it" you sighed. Even still you couldn't help but be a little guilty.

You and Dipper decided to share a room. It's not that you had to you Just.. you didn't trust bill in the spare room. Luckily in your room you had large space for a blow up mattress. Which is what Dipper was using to sleep on. You just prayed bill wouldn't come out while you slept.

You both were exhausted and collapsed onto your beds. Saying your good nights as you both drifted to sleep.

Well then. Don't worry there will be romance with bill later... it has to come smoothly. Your character isn't gonna magically fall in love like that so be patient. :3 love u all tho. Cya later
