✨RECAP✨

As his phone rings, L answers the phone trying to slow his breathing while still inside Nyra and she's doing the same.

"Hello? " L answers
"L, please meet us at the hospital. It's Layla." He can tell his mom is crying

" What's wrong, is she OK? " he ask pulling out of Nyra as she sits up and he begins to pull his boxers and his other clothes on as Nyra's follows suit.

"They found her car flipped over... It was a hit and run but they are on the way to the hospital with her, please hurry." His moms says

" On the way now." He says while hanging up and receiving a text from his mom of where their headed.

Nyra follows him not even asking questions. If it's about Layla all she's worried about is getting to her, she can find out what happened in detail later. They get in the car both in their own thoughts as L speeds off to the hospital.

They pull up and park next to the twins moms car. They see their family standing at the door waiting for them. They all turn heading to the desks for Layla. They are told what rooms shes in and everything is fine just a few scratches.

Once heading to the room they all stand and breath and say a quick prayer of thanks in front of the closed door.

As they open the doors they don't see Layla.... but some Eygptian looking couple with a shocked pregnant women looking at the male like she's not happy to see them.

Everyone looks from the pregnant woman then back at the doctor with a confused expression on there face as Lill rubs his head then walks out the room, checks the room number again then renters the room as he begins to rub his eyes while everyone is now focusing on him and not the pregnant girl or the couple anymore when L replies,

" What the hell are you doing Unk?"

" I'm just making sure we are in the right room. This is room 725 right?" said Lill looking at L, as L double checks the number while everyone exits the room to check the room number as well as L then replies, " Yeah." as Lill looks at the doctor and his entire demeanor change as he shout's,

" Where the fuck is my Neice bruh?" The doctor becomes nervous because of Lill's outburst as he looks in the patient file then look from the file to the patient and back at Lill as he replies.

" The woman in that room is your neice." replied the doctor as L began to laugh hysterically as everyone turned their eyes on him as he began to wipe imaginary tears from his eyes as Nyra thought ' Oh my goodness is L having a nervous break down.' as she wrapped her arms around L then asked,

" Babe are you ok?"

" Yeah babe I'm just wondering when Ashton Kusher finna pop out with cameras and shout you have just been punked." said L as he walked closer to the doctor as he shouted, " Because Ion know who that pregnant foriegn bitch is in that room but she most definitely is not my mother fucking twin sister or my Uncles fucking neice!!!!!" shouted an Irate L followed by Lill saying ( in a Ricky Ricardo sort of voice),

" Doc You've got alot of splaining to do."
[A/N Ricky Ricardo is a charachter from the show I Love Lucy lol]

" Paging Doctor KarMicheal, to station B, I repeat paging Dr. KarMicheal to station B!!!!!" Says the RN over the intercom.

" Please excuse me ladies and gentlemen I am so sorry but I have a urgent medical matter to attend to, if you all will please just follow the Nurse she will take you all to the conference room where I will be able to address all of your concerns, again I am so very sorry and will be right with you shortly.

Everyone walks where they are directed as Lil pulls out his phone

"MA, where is she? " L spoke as the tears began to fall freely.

His mother couldn't answer as her own emotions took over and she screamed and fell to the floor holding on to her chest as she felt her heart would explode at any moment .

"Yeah, get everyone there in two hours. Anyone late has to deal with me" Unc Lil spoke hanging up the phone

"What's going on now Unc? " L asked trying to calm down

"I called all of my connects and we are meeting in two hours, You're going too, It's time for you to see who you will be dealing with and what you will be taking over" Lil spoke running his hands down his face

"Dude, no disrespect or maybe it is, but my fuckin twin missing and you want me to meet people, WHAT THE FUCK!!!! " L spoke raising his voice as he hit a wall and put a hole in it

"Boy, ima let that slide. Trust we gone get her back. We gone find her" Lil spoke, silently praying that what he was saying to his family was real.

  Everyone conversations comes to an abrupt stop as the Dr. enters the conference room with 2 Physicians assistance in tow a 1 Rn as he says,

  " I am so sorry for the inconvenience because of that mishap earlier---" ( GCO)

  " Yeah... yeah... We know that your sorry you said that earlier, fuck all the b.s doc how bout you be straight up wit us and tell me where my mutha fucking twin at?" said L who normally would have been got his head knocked off his shoulders by his mom for cursing so much, but at the moment his anger and words are valid because she too want to know where the fuck her child is.

  " As I was saying before I was rudely interrupted, the reason why we beleived her to be your sister and his neice because she was the one who was found at the scene and was brought in so we just immediately was under the assumption that she was in fact Layla plus the blood that was taken was an exact match." said the doctor as his phone began to go off and he began to check his phone then says, " Excuse me again dutie calls." as he places his phone back into his right lab coat pocket and exits the conference room.

  " We need answers." said Lill as everyone follows him to room 725 to ask the girl some questions but when they arrive in the room it is now empty.
