"Yea, we're almost there." Dustin's ears heard the playing of an almost muffled sound, exposing her adjusting eyes to the bright sun light drifting in thought the crystal like windows. Her skin heated wherever they met.

Muna hung up the phone connected to a portable line she was talking on, soon turning a knob back on to let music pick up where it left off.

Out the window Dustin pondered until it hit her. Recognizing somewhat, yet not understanding what specifically. Or why.

Never venturing through the neighborhood they entered.

Large trees spaced as if they followed one another down the road, them leading to the biggest of all. A willow tree pumping déjà vu through her drained veins.

Ever so softly hearing the tires grip onto the pavement and feeling the car sway, it decided to turn into a driveway.

What she had was resemblance and it was laid majestically in front of her. Leaving her eyes heavy and squinting from the sight. Dustin mouth was slightly agape, causing a piece of gum to roll towards the front of her tongue, almost falling out as it hung open in realization. Staring the moment she looked at it.

She said in the passengers seat, watching the window itself, continuing to roll down ever so slowly. The conversations of her silent thoughts collapsing onto her, making her not able to say a word aloud. Not ask what was going on.

"How was everything?" A man spoke, approached the car, his tone added immediate vibrancy.

Her neck creeping forward, the confusion signaled from her facial features as she leaned her body forward and her being able to see further out of the window. Her attention switching between the house behind him and the woman next to her in the car.

"How do you like it?" Her dad's hand directed towards the house. Making her even more confused.

"Mom's hou-" She started, getting cut off. It was a house she previously knew.

"Our house" He corrected her. Such joy in his voice.

"Our?" Dustin's voice croaked, letting it slipping through the cracks that continued as she spoke. Taken back and surprised by his words. Words he wouldn't dare to speak, escaped his mouth.

A house, the house she spent her younger years in was sitting in the same place it had always been, yet she was brought to it. Confused at first, she almost didn't want to be here, she definitely didn't want to be left here with out the other two that were accompanying her that instance. Dustin though, couldn't help but have admiration for the house that she used to think was a small castle; the landscaping filled with flower looking the same as it did all the times before. Complimenting the color of the house so gracefully and with such a familiar smell to them as they cascaded through the air eventually into her nose.

Her fingers scratched against the leather lined interior, sliding down the inside of the car door searching for the handle. Not stopping from staring at the house in aw in the process. She opened the door, hearing a squeak from how slow it was pushed open, her father pulling it also open for her. Her heals slid out and hit the ground hard from the height difference of the elevated tires and the cement.

"Why?" She turned to her dad. Pushing her hands towards him, the gesturing them towards the large house. Of course, questioning the person she knew inside and out.

"I wanted this to be a surprise. Obviously I love surprises, but more importantly I didn't know much about what was going on here and with it until recently." He said looking down at the keys in his hand and his fingers through he circular loops, once he finished talking. Such glee hovering around his being. Not even trying to hold back the acclaimed grin.

"I thought this would be the best place, because it was where you spent your early childhood. I just had this feeling, and want to have a home since we can enjoy one as of now." Dustin's father continued to grin, wanting the best for her and trying to add more relaxing elements into all of their lives.

Her head feeling heavy as she looked at him, a genuine care glowing from him as always.

Trying to escape the brim of her eyes were a few emotion, but in exchange she walked towards him. What Dustin was thinking he wasn't sure yet. He knew her so well also, but a thing like this was a little different.

Soon wrapping around him were her arms. A pure gesture of appreciation. Trying to make her days and her as happy as he could.

Being the new mysterious person in the neighborhood, but then again, this time she was just at

home.
