Chapter 3 - Does He Like Me?

Wyatt then walked up the stairs and up to the upper floor, he then walked outside and saw that...

...That a figure was perched on the fence as if he/she was contently staring at the starry sky above them.

'H-Hello? who are you?'

Wyatt asked as he walked over to the figure on the fence, the person then looked at him and gave him a rather stern look, as if he were warning him to stay away

Wyatt then stopped dead in his tracks, this person meant business!

...or so he thought...

Once he got closer to the perched boy on the fence, it turned out to be a rather sad Viento!

'V-VIENTO!! you okay buddy?!'

Wyatt asked as he ran to Viento's side and placed a hand on his shoulder

Viento then looked at him, but he then looked away again, he let out a sigh as he looked at the sky and lights in the distance (even if the music blaring downstairs was annoying him a bit)

'Yes... I'm just fine... it's just that I-'

His sentence was then cut off by Wyatt, who then stood close to him

'Well... you don't seem it, you look a bit down'

...Wyatt then paused...

'"It's just that you" what?' Wyatt asked as a look of worry spread across his face

Viento then got up, he then walked over to Wyatt...

...Then... Much to Wyatt's shock...

...Viento kissed him softly on the cheek!

Wyatt went redder than when he argued with Gage, his eyes lit up with pure amazement as Viento stepped back

'No really... I'm... Just... Fine'

Viento said as he walked back downstairs, leaving a now love-struck Wyatt standing in the light of the moon as he watched Viento walk down the stairs

...He then paused and felt his left cheek where Viento pecked him...

'So that's how it feels... to be loved by another racer...'

Wyatt said to himself, a look of surprise was on his face as he walked back to the hall
