Meeting the Pack

I woke up and the first thing I saw was the sun. We were sleeping on the ground next to a diminished fire. I got up and looked around, I saw that Jax was sleeping right next to the spot I woke up on. I also saw that the rest of our 'pack' were around us, too. I saw that most of the people here were still sleeping but for the people that were awake they were making breakfast for everyone. I went over to those people and started to help them.

Once breakfast was done everyone had woke up and were getting ready to leave. I called everyone for breakfast and started to pass out the food. We ate and got ready to leave. After everyone was ready we shifted and started again. The day was the same as yesterday but it was about six o'clock when I made us stop. We shifted and they started to set up camp while I called over Jax and some of our warriors.

"There is something over there." I told them when we were a little away way from the group.

"Are you sure?" Jax questioned making nod my head. "Okay let's go see what is there." We all nodded and started walking. After some time, I stopped. "What's wrong Babe?" Jax asked.

"There is a pack in front of us." I said looking at it. Even though we couldn't see the pack I knew that there was one.

"Are you sure?" One of the warriors asked.

"I'm positive. We will come back here tomorrow morning and see if we can get help." I stated.

"Okay, do you think it's safe to do that?" Another warrior asked.

"Yes, I'm positive." I replied and started walking back. When we got back some people gave us food and we ate with everyone. We went to sleep soon after because of all the traveling we were doing.

I woke up next morning to birds chirping and a different smell. I jumped up and looked around but there was no one there except for the group. The smell was all over the place and it was kind of familiar. Everyone woke up soon after and saw me looking around. I got everyone up and started to the pack. Some people complained about breakfast but I just ignored it. Once we got to the pack no one moved forward cause if they did the pack will know they are there. I took a deep breath and stepped forward. Nothing happened. So, the rest of the group followed.

We got to about the middle of the territory before I heard howls and growls.

"Protect but do not fight!" I yelled and everyone got close together, woman and children in the middle while the others surrounding them. I looked around us and saw that we were also surrounded. I walked out from the group.

"I would like to talk with your Alpha, please." I shouted to the wolves that circled us. At first, I only heard growls but then I saw the wolves those growls belong too. One of the wolves stepped out and I smelt that same smell that was around our camp. It was coming from the wolf in front of me. The wolf shifted and I averted me eyes.

"You can look now, and you can tell me why you are on my land!" A familiar voice shouted. I looked up and saw this man standing in front of me with brown hair and brown eyes, he was also shirt less but he was older. He looked somewhat familiar too.

"I am here because my group and I have nowhere else to go and we are looking for our families, too." I replied.

"Why would you be looking for your families?" He questioned.

"Well, you see, we are all from a rogue fighting ring." I told him and his eyes widen.

"Which fighting ring?" He asked.

"The Green venom group." I said and he gasped. There was movement behind him and four guys stepped next to him.

"Dad you don't think they know, do you?" One of them asked. I felt Jax come up next to me and put his arm around me.

"I don't know, it was about 14 years ago." The man told his son I'm guessing.

"What happened 14 years ago?" I asked.

The man took a breath and said. "14 years ago, that group destroyed this pack and some of our pack members went missing. We were wondering if you know them?"

"If you remember their names we might be able to help but you have to help us in return." I demanded.

"If you can help us we will help you." The man walked forward and so did I. When we got in front of each other, we shook hand but there was this spark and we both grabbed our hands. I looked at him and he looked at me. "Did you feel that?"

"Yes, I did but what was it?" I asked.

"I have no clue, but anyway let's get you guys settled and then we can talk." He said and we followed them back to the pack where we were able to shower, get new clothes, and get a warm meal. It was amazing. When I was done eating I brought Jax and some of our men to the Alpha's office.

"Okay so how did you guys escape?" The Alpha asked.

"Well we all fight and got out during the new moon." I told him, not going into detail.

"That's it?" He questioned and I nodded. "Umm okay then, so I would like a list of the people that are in your group that know their families are still alive and those these families are deceased."

"Okay and you can give me a list of people who went missing in your pack." I told him.

"Well you see about that, it wasn't a group of people. It was just one person." He stated.

"Okay, then who are they?" I asked.

"It was my daughter, she was taken when her mother was killed." He got chocked up. "Goddess, I don't even know if she is still alive but there is something that is telling me she is."

"Sir we will find her, even if I have to go back there and tear that place down myself." I said.

He smiled. "Thank you. Okay so her name is......"
