when we arrived at angelina's apartment, which she had recently gotten, we walked inside and greeted the people.
i said hello to many of jacob's friends which i hadn't seen since a previous birthday we celebrated together.
jedidiah was very glad to see me,
which i was as well.
"troye boy! i haven't seen you in forever! how are you?" he asked hugging me tightly.
"i'm alright. you?" i smiled at him as he let me go.
"great. excited to see jake?"
i nodded my head and inhaled in a deep breath. "mhm."
i mingled with other people for about thirty minutes until angelina announced that jacob would be there in about five minutes.
we all gathered together by the front door and waited till we heard the sound of a car door being closed to stand and get close to each other.
knock.
knock.
knock.
angelina opened the door and swung it open so he could see all of us.
there he was, looking beautiful as ever.
his hair was a bit more wavy and a little longer. he was wearing a dark band t-shirt with black skinny jeans.
he looked amazing.
his face was shocked, he looked over the people and his eyes locked with my own.
i felt my eyes start to water up as he looked at me.
i missed him so much and here he was standing a few feet in front of me.
he took a few steps forward until he was right in front of my body and took no longer than a second to engulf my body into his arms and hug me with all of the strength that he had.
i was definitely crying by then.
this is what i needed.
