Meredith's pov
I've been getting super dizzy and having really bad headaches and i know i should tell Derek but i don't want to worry him, he's been working really hard with Lexie to get some interviews with good neuro programs around the country, but i have a good feeling Lexie will stay here. I walk into Derek's office and I ask him how long he will be so I know if i should grab any food for him when i go pick up Zola. He says he will be here for a while and will pick something up on his way home. I'm feeling super dizzy as i turn and walk out of his office and almost fall. I really hope Derek didn't notice.

Derek's pov
Something's been off with Meredith recently and i cant put my finger on it. I hope she's feeling okay, she has been working a lot recently maybe she just needs some rest. 

Meredith's pov
I'm going to pick up Zola and then we are going to get some dinner, I stop at a stop light then the light turns green as i start to go, everything goes black.
