Chapter 3: Why?

Y/N POV

"Y/n what happened to you?"

Jin asked this and I knew the question wasn't going to go away so I sighed and sat down on the couch.

"My parents... um they were murdered.... at my home." I started to sob.

Jin pulled me into a hug and said....

"Y/n, it's okay. Let's go to the police-"

I cut him off before he could say anything any further.

"NO. WE CAN'T. THEY'LL COME AFTER ME! THOSE MEN WILL KILL ME!"

I screamed and started sobbing even more and even worse than I already was. I ran out the door. From behind me I heard...

"Y/n come back here! We won't go!"

Jin screamed as I ran out the door. I stopped dead in my spot.

"W-we w-won't?" I managed to stutter out

"We won't go to the police even if it safer Y/n" Jin said sweetly.

I hugged Jin and I could tell he was shocked since he stiffened but after a couple of seconds he returned my hug

-Later That Night-

I was half asleep but I could still hear what the boys were saying and who was saying it.

Jimin: "Are we really not going to tell the police hyung?"

Suga: "We can't! You saw how shaken up she was when Jin hyung even mentioned them!"

Jimin: "Ah~ mianhae hyung...."

Jin: "Guys could we be a little more quiet. I don't wanna wake her up."

Rapmon: "How old do you think she is?"

Hobi: "22."

V: "21."

Jk: "21."

Rapmon: "So in her early twenties, got it."

But suddenly I was engulfed in a nightmare.

Random man 1: "Give us the money!"

"We don't have the money! Please give us a little more time! Please" I heard my mother beg.

"Please if your going to kill us let our daughter live at least!"

I widened my eyes as I heard the word kill. Were they going to kill my parents and me?

"We don't have time to wait!"

The guy leaning on the front door finally spoke...

"Kill them. All of them!"

I guess he's the boss of these people. He gave off a smirk but under his hood, he looked familiar but I don't know why.

"WAIT NO! NO PLEAS-!

"Y/N! RUN! WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH! WE ARE SO SOR-"

*bang*

I ran as fast as I could. I grabbed my luggage by the door, we were planning to go for a vacation tomorrow. I got out the house and ran down the street I used to feel safe on. But before I got off the street I stopped because I heard the second gunshot. That's when I knew that both my parents were dead.
