Chapter 15: Friends and New Friends

Joshua POV

I had to fix this. She didn't return home so I just locked myself in the 95 liner room. They finally got me out when they told me that we were going to get Y/n. I thought that I could finally explain this and at least remain friends who are close than people who hate/love each other. We got to the Bangtan dorm and I raced out and knocked on their door.

Jin: "What do you want?"

He seemed cold, but I could understand...

Jeonghan: "Hyung... we want to see her. He wants to explain himself. Please."

Jin: "Fine."

He let us in but S.coups and Jeonghan held me back and said,

S.coups: "You need to stay back."

"Why?"

Jeonghan: "Just give her a little bit of time to get used to ALL of us being here. Okay?"

"Ugh. Fine."

They then left and I just stood there wondering what to do or at least what and how to explain this mess. But then I heard her screaming... she never screamed like that before... it was all because of me. I heard her scream,

Y/n: "EXPLAIN! EXPLAIN WHY HE BROKE MY HEART! LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING! I STILL LOVE HIM AND I HATE MYSELF FOR IT!"

I then walked in quietly and saw her behind Jimin, that made me sad and angry but I knew she wouldn't be there if it weren't for me... I then decided to speak and say something,

"Y/n..."

She looked torn but she still said,

Y/n: "Get out."

That hurt me but I had to fix this.

"Y/n just let me explain... I promise it won't be bad..."

Y/n: "Fine."

That gave me a bit of hope.

I was waiting for her to get off the bed so we could talk in private maybe around the park but then Jimin held her back. I wanted to punch him but then Y/n would never come to talk to me.

Y/n: "It's okay oppa."

He let go and then we walked out and left to the park and we started off with an awkward silence but when we got there she started talking.

No Ones POV

Y/n: "What did you want to explain?"

Joshua: "Why I broke up with you..."

Y/n: "Well then... go on."

Joshua: "We were seen in public and so many of CARATS were threatening you and saying that they knew you lived with us and that they were going to kill you... so I broke up with you in order to keep those fans away from you. I didn't want to, I'm sorry, I love you I honestly do but with fans like that I can't be with you. Anything that would happen to you... I would blame myself. I'm sorry..."

Y/n took a minute to process everything and when she did, she felt sorry that she never let him explain in the first place.

Y/n: "It's okay. I forgive you. We're going to remain best friends though, right?"

Joshua: "Of course!"

Then of course to enlighten the mood, Y/n saw an ice cream cart around the corner and bolted.
