"Kanna, please participate." Dad said through the communication device. I crossed my arms and glared at him from the tree across from mine.
"Hell no." I snapped.
He sighed, "Alright team, state your positions."
"Sakura, position B."
"Sasuke, position C."
"Kanna, go screw yourself."
"Naruto, position A, dattebayo."
"Naruto, please be faster and Kanna take this a little more seriously." Dad said with another sigh.
"Why should take this stupid ----ing mission seriously. We have been sitting here for a god ----- hour trying to catch the ----ing bane of Konoha's existence!" I yelled, from the other side I could hear Dad censoring my words by cutting off the line. That was how close we were to each other.
"It's still a mission given by the Hokage so we must complete it properly." Dad explained.
I stood up, "Well that's bullshit, I'm going in." I said and crouched as the small cat Tora, one of the councilman's wife's cat, came into view.
"Naruto?" I called out.
"Yeah, Kan-chan?" He asked.
"Attack."
I could see Naruto's wide grin, "You got it Kan-chan, dattebayo!" He said then jumped forward, grabbing the cat. "Ah! The stupid cat is attacking me!" He called out a few seconds later.
I jumped down and grabbed the cat by the scruff, "Stop it." I snarled. The cat looked at me in fear and stopped moving, trembling in my hands.
"Kanna, did you just scold a cat?" Sakura asked as her and Sasuke jumped down from their tree's.
I shrugged and through the cat at her. Then turned to my Dad as he jumped down to greet us. "Great work team... all though you didn't listen to me we still caught the cat." He said to us.
I rolled my eyes, "Yeah can we just go and get something better now?"
"Yeah Kakashi-sensei! These missions are so boring, dattebayo!" Naruto agreed, crossing his arms. Dad put his hand on his face and dragged it down in exasperation.
"Why did I ever encourage you two to be friends..." He sighed.
"Because if I never became friends with him, I'd still be a walking tyrant." I said, putting my hand on my hip.
"That's right... Alright team let's go." Dad said and we walked together to the Hokage's office, a squirming Tora in hand.
When we got there, the councilman's wife was there already and took the mangy cat with open arms. Literally squishing said cat between the rolls of her fat and boobs. I visibly recoiled in disgust as she left with the poor thing.
"I feel bad for that cat. No wonder it ran away." Sakura said out loud.
"Stupid thing deserves it, I hate cats." Naruto snapped out crossing his arms.
I shrugged, "Well, there's nothing we can do for it anyways."
Old man Hokage smiled at us and shuffled through some paperwork. "Let's see here, we have weed pulling, painting fences, cleaning floors, building a chicken coop, babysitting-"
I crossed my arms, "Old man, I think the last thing I should be doing is babysitting a brat." I said distastefully.
Naruto crossed his arms, "Yeah Gramps. All these missions are boring, dattebayo! I want a cool kick ass mission!" Naruto whined.
