Chapter 2

Adrien POV

  P.E day is a day where the entire class is split into two teams. And seeing how apparently strong Mari is I wanted to be on her team, yeah that's the only reason.
  But the PE coach had different plans and so we're on different teams. I did get Kim but I also got Chloe. She had threatened the teacher because at first she was on the other team, but Chloe always gets her way.
  But now I get to test Mari's strength! There were some one on one activities against teams. Marinette had won literally every single one. That's not an exaggeration. And the last one we did was arm wrestling. How that had to do with physical education, I don't know. But the coach let me choose who I would go up against and I instantly chose Mari. She had walked up to me blushing like crazy, I'm sure it's because she was in front of the entire class.
  As we sat at the table and put our arms up, I saw how she took a breath and closed her eyes, when she opened them back up, I started to get worried for my win, because I saw determination in her eyes, for some reason this reminded me of LB.
  Anyways Kim had came up to us and held our hands together. I slightly blushed at this but I think it was just from the heat.

Instantly I pushed her more slightly to my side.  But when I was sure to win she cockily said, " Oh, we started?" That's when I heard everyone "ooooo"ing  and then I was overpowered, she easily and swiftly started pushing our hands over to her side and the whole time she just looked at me, stress was nowhere on her face! And then BOOM! She won. She actually beat me! She won! She had jumped up and everyone was cheering around her. I just sat there and looked at her in amazement. Alya came up to me and said into my ear, "close your mouth, you'll attract flys." I looked up at her, rubbed my neck and nervously laughed. The all of a sudden Kim went over to her and picked her up on his shoulder and yelled " Marinette will you go out with me!" Instantly the cheering stopped and all I want to do was go over and strangle Kim, I don't know why, did I like Marinette?!  Mari looked at me for 5 seconds and sighed. "Sure, why not!"

  Okay, I didn't feel good, I started to exit the gym until Alya came up to me and stated "You missed your chance Adrien, I guess she's moved on." And I took a double take. Wait, did Mari like me!? Me?! I just looked at her. She nodded her head as she looked away. That's when I knew I didn't feel right so I went to the nurse. I took one final look back at her sweet smile and that's when I realized she was looking at me. And for some reason I had mouthed," I'm Sorry." But why, what was I sorry for!? And then it hit me
