Chapter 5~ Scars

The sun was barely rising. Laurence sleeping on the floor snoring and drooling, he felt a hand not making contact with another certain hand. He woke up and rubbed his eyes with his hands. He sat up and noticed Y/N wasn't on the bed. His boyfriend instincts kicked in and started looking around and saw a trail of rolled up used tissues leading to the other room inside their bedroom.

He stood up and followed the trail. In the distance he heard his own voice.

Laurence: I want you to hear my voice and I want you to know that I'm here for you, the way you are for me. I'm your partner in crime remember? I'll always be your partner. No matter where you've gone

In the couch Y/N was hugging her legswhile holding the recorder in her hand. She had her head on her knees and was crying. Tissues everywhere around her.

Laurence walked over to the crying werewolf. He sat down next to her on the couch and put his arm around her and brought her to an embrace. Y/N was wearing a sports bra so Laurence was able to see her scars on her stomach. Y/N brought up her head and stared at nothing. Her face stained with tears and bags under her eyes.

Laurence: Y/N are you okay? Is something wrong?

Y/N: i-i... I couldn't sleep

Laurence: do you want to talk?

Y/N: i have nightmares...

Laurence: about?

Y/N: ab-about what happened. My parents said that i was asleep for months but i didn't sleep I kept seeing everything. Even to the point where when I saw Aaron fall off that cliff.... I saw you fall down there instead of him... you replaced Ein who was beating me. You replaced Aph who stabbed me causing me to fall. You said awful things to me... I was alone and I felt like I couldn't breathe. I couldn't see. I couldn't see you before everything went bad. It was cold. Those months felt like an eternity. A-a-and then i saw you happy with someone else, you were smiling, laughing, everyone loved you with her, i domt know who it was but it wasn't me. You didn't care that I was dead or even alive. It didn't matter, i couldn't make it stop! It kept playing over and over, i screamed for it to stop!

Y/N screamed the last part grabbing a fistfull of hair on her hands. Laurence couldn't believe what he was hearing. He thought that them being together was stopping her suffering, but it looks like Y/N is still suffering from that incident.

Laurence pulled her hands out of her hair and brought her close to him. She sobbed on his chest, grabbing his shirt in her hand.

Laurence: Y/N, I'm here now. There's no reason for you to be scared, i will never leave you ever

She continued to sob for a few minutes before falling asleep. Laurence smiled and picked her up and brought her to the bed. He pulled a strand of her hair and kissed her forehead. He went to the other side of the bed and layed down next to her.

Pulling her closer to him he hugged her and they fell asleep for a few hours.

Y/N woke up from her sleep and looked over to her left to see Laurence staring at the ceiling.

Y/N: Laurence?

Laurence: hey Y/N

Y/N: what happened?

Laurence sat up on the bed.

Laurence: you just got tired and you fell asleep, i brought you to the bed cause I didn't want you falling asleep on the couch

Y/N sat up but when she did her head felt like it was about to explode, she grunted at the pain.

Laurence: Y/N, hey it's okay. Rest for now
