(Note, I'm going to try to do this in third person, their thoughts are going to be in italics so, it's just for this chapter. And if it's good comment if you guys want it like that or not.)
Melissa and Rachael were quickly walking up the stairs to go up to the room. While reaching the top, Rachael took a step and made a creeking noise beneath her feet. Melissa shushed her mother.
Melissa: mom! Shush!
Rachael narrowed her eyes at her daughter, with a bouquet of roses in her right hand.
Rachael: I'm trying, i can't control floors
Melissa: we have to be as quiet as possible so they dont wake up! We-
Derek came in seeing the girls sneaking outside the bedroom doors.
Derek: what are you two doing?
They both yelled I'm surprise.
Derek: seriously, why are you both being such creeps?
Melissa: we're not creeps dad, geez!
Rachael: we're just trying to put these roses by the door so that Y/N will wake up and be like, "Oh! Who put these roses outside my door?!"
Melissa: and Laurence would be all, "ha! It was me baby!"
Rachael: "Oh kiss me Laurence! I've loved you forever!"
Melissa: "I love you too baby, now let's have like 70 pups!"
They both started making smooching noises. Derek had a disgusted look on his face as he was hearing the two girls fantasize.
Derek: 70 pups!?
Rachael: well it's just a start
Melissa: dad! Keep your voice down!
Rachael: we're only trying to be supportive of Y/N
Derek: supportive?! Do you even know our daughter? First of, Y/N isn't stupid enough to believe those are from Laurence and second, it's not romantic if it isn't from Laurence and finally, you two need to stop meddling in her love life
Melissa: we're only trying to help
Derek: support, help, it doesn't matter. What matters is that you stay out of her business, now hand over those flowers
Melissa: ugh! You're no fun dad
Rachael: our hearts were in good places, dear
Rachael gave Derek the roses.
Derek: yeah well your brains weren't, lets get-
Derek got caught off with someone opening the door, to reveal Y/N in her F/C tank top and some green shorts.
Y/N: dad? Whats With the flowers?
Derek stuttered for a moment.
Derek: Y-Y/N!
Y/N: were you planning on giving Laurence those flowers so he could make it look like he got them for me?
Rachael: he totally was!
Melissa: yeah! But we stopped him!
Derek: you traitors!
Y/N: well as nice as that seems, i would appreciate it if you left that stuff to Laurence
Derek: i just said- ughh
Y/N: he said he already got something for me this morning so please, let him do this
