chapter 1

Hinata's POV

I woke up to the sound of my alarm at 6:00 am. I quickly jumped out of bed. Today was the first day of school and I was very excited. Not because of going back, but because I'll be seeing Naruto-kun again. You see my family was on vacation so I couldn't see him for the summer. I hopped in the shower moving quickly but also cleaning my body well. I got out and wrapped the towel around me, putting another one on my hair. I brushed my teeth, then plugged the curling iron. I walked back to my bedroom and took out my uniform laying it on my bed. It consists of a gray plaid mini skirt and white button up v-neck and a red sweater with the Konoha high logo on it. I grabbed my comb and make up and went back to the bathroom.

In the mirror I blow dry my hair before flat ironing it. I shape up my eyebrows and put some foundation on, I usually don't do this but since it's the first day I wanna look good. I then put on some clear lip gloss. I take one final look in the mirror, I looked pretty darn good. I giggled to myself before going back into my bedroom. I quickly put on my uniform with my red plaid knee high socks I then grabbed my black high top Vans. I get my backpack and phone and walk downstairs. After I finish eating breakfast I check the time to see it's already 7:15, class starts at 7:40 so I quickly rush outside. I get into the car as my driver speeds off to the school.

As I pulled up to school it was 7:25 I got out of the car and said bye to the driver. I walked in opening the big double doors."Hey Hinata!" One of my peers said. I just waved back. As I walked down the hall boys and girls waved at me. I was quite popular here, mostly because of my father. I ran into Sakura on my way to the office. "Hey Hinata-chan!" She called out running to me "Sakura-chan hey!" I ran to her as well. We both hugged each other. "I missed you! How was your summer?" She asked. "Oh well my family took a vacation to Hawaii, it was so relaxing. But I really missed you guys." I told her. We both walked to the office to get our schedules. "Hm looks like we got 1,3,4, and 5th together." Sakura said. "Alright then let's go to first period." I said walking away to class. She quickly followed. "We went to the back of the classroom where they were 3 empty seats. Sakura sat behind me, while the seat next to me was empty. We chatted about out summer vacation, and we made plans to go shopping with the entire gang this weekend. In case you didn't know it was me, Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke, Kiba, Shino, Shikamaru, Choji , Ino, Neji, Tenten , and Lee. We were all the popular kids of our year. Neji, Tenten, and Lee were all juniors. Anyways we'd have to tell the other our plans.

Naruto's POV

I walked into Kakashi sensei's homeroom class to see Sakura-chan and Hinata-chan talking. I walked up to them and took the empty seat next to Hinata. "Hey guys!" I shout. "Hey Naruto-kun." Hinata says hugging me I return it as she sat back down. "How was your vacation Hina?" I asked her. "Oh Hawaii was really relaxing, I missed you though." She said. "Well who wouldn't miss the bestest friend in the entire world." I joked. She giggled. "So Sakura-chan how was your summer?" I ask the pinkett. "Oh it was fun I went shopping with Ino for the most part, we even dragged Tenten out a few times." She told him.

No one's POV

Naruto had liked Sakura for quite sometime, Hinata was waiting for him to finally get the courage to ask her out already. She watched as they were in deep conversation about their Summers. She looked to the door to see Sasuke had entered. She got up and walked to him. "Hey Sasuke-kun." She spoke to him. "Hn. Hello Hyuga." He spoke to her. "How was your summer?" She asked him. "It was fine. Where's the dobe?" He asked her. "Oh he's talking to Sakura-chan."Hinata said giggling. "He's so hopeless is he ever gonna ask the poor girl out?" Sasuke asked. "Who knows this just might be his year." She told him. They walked over to Naruto and Sakura. "Hey Sasuke-teme! Long time no see." Naruto said. "Hn. Dobe, it's good to see ya." Sasuke said smirking. "Hello Sasuke-kun." Sakura said blushing. "Hn. Sakura, I assume you've been well?" He asked. "Oh yeah totally." She said. Just then the bell rung we all took our seats with Sasuke taking the seat behind Naruto and next to Sakura.
