Chapter 5

1 month later...

Author's POV

The yule ball was coming up soon (that's right harry potter fans i said it) and Ino could not be more excited. She was finally about to kick off phase 3 of Operation: Get naruhina together, which was to give Hinata the ultimate makeover.

Her goal was simple, she wanted every girl in the room to burn with envy, and every guy to drool at Hinata's feet, especially Naruto. The dance was 1 week away which didn't give her much time so she chased down hinata the second she laid eyes on her.

"Hey hinata!!" She called out to the white eyed beauty. "Hello Ino, how are you?" Hinata greeted her with a pleasent smile. "I was wondering if you'd like me to give you a makeover for the yule ball. I want you to look perfect." Ino told her. She looked like she was thinking before she finally replied.

"Sure I'd love to Ino, lets go shopping tomorrow kay? I'll pick you up at noon." Hinata told her. "Awesome! Well i better get to class see ya!" Ino said running off. "Later Ino." Hinata called after the blonde.

"Hm. That went well." Ino thought to herself as she headed to her gym class.....

After school

Hinata and Ino met in the front of the school just like they planned and got into Ino's car. They both stayed silent as they drove to the mall to find dresses. Once they arrived ino dragged hinata to get favorite store, "Daisy's lovely dresses"

Hinata's POV

Once we were inside the shop i saw about 1 million beautiful dresses and ino grabbed about 20 for me to try on. In the dresses room i couldn't seem to find that perfect dress. Then i finally got to the 2 most beautiful red dress  i had ever seen. The first was a 2 piece wit a long botton with slover diamonds going around the waist the top definitely revealed some of my cleavage. The second was an off the shoulder dress with little red flowers all over it the long gown fluttered around my feet graciously. In my eyes it was perfect.

Of course Ino had wanted me to choose the 2 piece dress so after some debate i finally gave in. She told me she was after all in charge of my entire look, although i still liked the other dress more. We both paid for our dresses and began to go look for heels in "sally's boutique" Ino's favorite shoe store. i quickly picked out some stunning black heels and left the store. Ino and i started our car ride back home something I've been looking forward to after a long day. Being girly sure is exhausting.

We finally arrived to my house where i told ino thanks and quickly got out of her car. I walked inside my house and sighed. I was then greeted my Hanabi. "Hey big sis!" She greeted me.
"Hey hanabi, how was school?" I asked my younger sibling. "Oh it was cool big sis! By the way Konohamaru asked me to go bowling with him this Saturday! isn't that awesome?" The younger Hyuga asked excitedly. "Oh that's absolutely wonderful Hanabi. I hope you have great time, well i got some studying to do so i'll see ya later." I said going to the Mansion's library. As I headed inside the library I took out my studying materials and settled down in a comfortable chair. Just as i was about to study for my Algebra 2 exam i got a phone call from Naruto. 

I blushed nervously before answering the FaceTime call. "Hey Hina-chan, what are you doing?" he asked me curiously. I stared back into his twinkling blue eyes before answering. "Oh nothing, just studying for this math test, what about you?" i asked him. "Just chilling, i was wondering if i could come over and hang with you? We could study together." He told me. "Oh sure i don't mind." i told him, i chuckled a bit when his face lit up with excitement. "Cool! I'll pick up pizza on the way there!'' He yelled excitedly before hanging up. I smiled at my best friend's antics before going upstairs to change before he arrived. In my bedroom i pulled out some grey gym shorts and a Nike sports bra to change into. I then quickly took a shower before putting on the new clothes. After getting out i put my hair up into a messy bun before putting on my shorts and sports bra. I heard my door bell ring, assuming it was naruto i yelled that i would get it. I sprayed a bit of light perfume on before jogging downstairs. 

I swung the door open to meet a pair of ocean blue eyes. We stared at each other for a bit, Naruto had on a orange hoodie and black sweatpants with the pizza and soda in his hands as he promised. I grinned at him before letting him inside and closing the front door. "So Hina how ya been? We haven't been talking much lately." Naruto stated. "Oh i have been fine, i missed your company though." i admitted to him. He simply grinned at me before setting the pizza on a near by table. Before i could process what was happening i felt him pick me up and spin me around making me squeal all girlish. "Naruto put me down!" i told him giggling. Finally he lowered me down but before setting me completely down he squeezed the life out of me in a bone crushing hug. "I missed you so much Hina!" he yelled in his loud excited voice that i adored so much. 

''I missed you too, now lets eat and get to studying." i told him in my strict tone. "yes ma'am!" Was all he said before we got down to business. An hour later and we were done going over all the stuff that would be in the test. "So hinata?" naruto asked. "Yes naruto?" i replied. "Do you wanna go shoot some hoops or something?" He asked me. I grinned at him before agreeing. about 10 minutes later we left my house on our way to the park's basketball court. We shot hoops for about an hour till we were both tired. Now we were sitting by the water fountain just talking. "You know Hinata, i've missed being around you this past month." Naruto suddenly admitted. "Yeah i've missed you too, but why have you been avoiding me all this time?" i asked him curiously. 

He looked like he was deep in thought for a couple of minutes before answering. "Hina, i've been avoiding you because i needed to sort out my feelings for you. Hina, you're amazing and i mean that in every single way. From you're tomboy side to your geeky ways, Every aspect of your amazing personality makes me weak. I've been having all these feeling for you for a while now and they can't change, they won't leave. They've stuck to me like glue.  Every time i look into your beautiful white eyes i fall for you even more. Every time i touch you or smell your sweet scent i can't help but want to push you against a wall and kiss you till my heart's content. even now, with you all sweaty and tired, you still look absolutely stunning. And i know i will never ever be enough for you and you deserve someone much better than me but i can't help but want you all to myself, you're like drug i just can't get enough of, you make me selfish. I don wanna share you with Kiba or anyone for that matter. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I LOVE YOU. I love you so much that it hurts i spent every night staring at my ceiling thinking about you, how i wanted to kiss you and embrace and protect you with my life. So hinata will you please let me have the honor of being your boyfriend?'' He finished. 

As naruto finished his speech a million thoughts ran through my head. i couldn't believe that he actually was in love with me. But how could i doubt him after that speech. Slowly i sw him leaning in to kiss me and i froze. He was actually going to kiss me. Slowly i started leaning in as well. Our lips were centimeters apart i could feel his warm breath dance against my own lips which sent shivers down my spine. Finally, our lips connected and it felt like fireworks were exploding inside my head. His lips were warm and soft yet firm at the same time. They moved against my own in a certain rhythm. i couldn't help but run my fingers through his messy blonde hair as he pulled me closer, our bodies connecting. Finally i had to breathe so i pulled back, immediately regretting it as i craved his lips even more. He grinned at me before pecking my lips a few more times, i blushed heavily as he finally stopped. "I love you too." i finally managed to get out before he devoured my lips again in another make out session. This time i felt his tongue asking me for entrance which i gladly granted him. While he explored my mouth things were starting to get a bit heated so i pulled away reminding him that it was a school night and its getting pretty late. 

We walked back to my house in a comfortable silence while holding each other's hand. After walking for about 20 minutes we sadly reached my house. He pulled me back in for a kiss as he pecked my lips about 20 times. As reluctant as i was to stop i told him to hurry up and get home. He pulled me in holding me by my waist and gave me one final kiss. "I'll see you tomorrow kay?" He told me. "Yeah ok, and let's not tell anyone for now. i wanna the 2 of us to just enjoy this before we're bombarded with questions." i told him. He agreed and gave me one final goodnight kiss before i disappeared into my home. I sighed as i layed on my bed dreamily staring at my white ceiling.....
