"Yuki, This is Robin." Here Griffin motioned to the man in green tights.
"Starfire." A bright red haired purple wearing girl with green eyes waved.
"Raven." Girl in a cloak with a book.
"Beast Boy." The green one.
"Cyborg." Blue guy.
"Hey! Titans! Listen up!" Robin caught the attention of his teammates.
"This is..." Robin looked at the pink haired girl.
"Yuki." She said.
"Yuki. She needs our help. She's being tracked by Brother Blood." Robin said.
The rest of the Titans looked shocked.
"But why would Blood track someone unless they had something he wanted?" Beast Boy asked.
Cyborg had paused the game they were playing when Robin got their attention, so it was dead silent.
Yuki stepped up.
"I'm sorry to burden you all. I have what is called Nightmare anx Daydream. These powers are extremely dangerous and-" the alarms went off.
Red lights were flashing and sirens were going off.
"Another time. Titans go!"
In the city, there were the H.I.V.E five. They were going into every home and searching for someone that Blood was after.
"You guys are a pain!" Beast Boy got the attention of the villain teens.
"Well, look who it is. The snotty titans." Gizmo said.
"You still don't have good comebacks." Beast Boy said.
"Shut up!" Gizmo yelled, clearly annoyed by the green teen.
"Enough! We are not here for you. We are here for someone else. A friend. Have you seen her?" Jinx stepped in before s fight was started.
"Why would we help you guys find someone that you're probably going to torture them." Raven said.
"We're just finding her and taking her back to Brother Blood. He hired us to find this girl."
The titans sweat dropped.
Why was the enemy giving out secret information?
"Well, either way-" Robin was cut off by Mammoth going after someone.
That someone was Griffin.
"There she is! He said she was powerful! She looks powerful enough to be the girl Brother Blood wants! " Gizmo said.
Mammoth went to grab hold of Griffin, but she retaliated with a high kick to the chin, which sent the giant man flying into a nearby building.
He crashed into the bay windows.
"Wow! She's as strong as Blood said she would be!" Gizmo said.
Yuki winced. Griffin looked at me concerned, but was interrupted by Jinx throwing a spell at her which knocked her back.
Griffin shook it off and tackled Jinx, throwing her at Gizmo when he went to attack her back.
"You fight like a coward!" She yelled.
Griffin hadn't noticed Mammoth coming up behind her to attack her.
"Griffin, watch out!" Yuki yelled.
Just as Griffin spun around, Yuki had put Mammoth in a choke hold with her right hand.
She had Mammoth kneeling down, since she was so much smaller than Mammoth was.
"You tried to hurt my friend," Yuki's eyes flashed from blue to red and black, "You must pay."
Yuki threw Mammoth into Jinx and Gizmo.
"Get lost, you pests. Tell Blood, that he won't be getting me anytime soon." Yuki said just before the three teens ran off in fear.
"Yuki?" Griffin said.
"Whoa. That was freaking awesome!" Beast Boy shouted.
"I must agree, we did not have to fight the enemy." Starfire said.
"Yuki? Yuki, are you all right?" Griffin looked at her friend's back.
Suddenly, Yuki faced Griffin.
"Promise me that if I ever lose control, you'd better be on another planet." Yuki said.
The command caught the winged woman off guard.
"I promise."
Back at the Tower...
"So, can you explain to us why Blood wants you back?" Cyborg asked.
Yuki looked out the bay window.
She sighed.
Then she turned half way around.
"I guess it starts with my mom. Once, her and Blood were friends when they were children and in their teen years. Blood had developed feelings for my mother, but she did not love him back," I began, Griffin motioned for me to continue, shushing the Titans when they went to ask questions, "She tried and tried to put him down after all the gifts and love letters he sent her. He tried to convince her to love him back, but she had loved another.
He became angry and mad. He kidnapped her and forced her to wed him in a chapel and church. But, after they were married, he became infuriated to find she had been sneaking off late in the nights. He decided to follow her, finding out where she was going. She was in secret kahoots with the man she actually had feelings for," Griffin clapped her hands over Cyborg's and Beast Boy's mouths, "Out of anger, he killed her lover and dragged her home by her hair. He locked her down in the dungeons for an entire year. Once the year was up, he found her with a child. Me. He became enraged by this discovery and slit my mother's throat. He was going to kill me, but something stopped him. I don't know what stopped him, but he took me in, raised me like he would have if I was his own blood.
Soon, he found out the power I inherited from my mother and biological father. He wanted it for himself. He thought if he could obtain Nightmare and Daydream, that he could rule the world with an iron fist. So, I ran many times, but each time, I was captured and taken back to hid dungeons, where he would do freaky tests on me," I took a deep breath, "But, I was immune to his tests. He was so filled with anger, he killed one of his very own students. I can't remember her name, but she died a brutal death. This went on for years now. I finally for free. I'm free, but not quite," Griffin came up and hugged me, glaring fiercely at the Titans, "Griffin rescued me while Blood and his goons were chasing me through the woods. She took me to a cave to hide out in while they searched. Then she brought me here while I was conscious."
No one said anything. This background information was deep, so it sank in slowly.
That's when Robin opened his mouth, "...."
