The three teen villains just returned to Blood's HQ.

Blood was looked in the fireplace, where there was a fire that had black flames.

"I see you failed the mission I have hired you for. You were not supposed to come back empty handed." He had his hands laced with each other behind his back.

"Forgive us, Brother Blood. The girl, she would've killed us if we stayed." Jinx said.

"Yes, I suppose Yuki would have killed you all." Blood looked up at a portrait just above the fire place.

It was a painting of the woman who he loved that betrayed him.

He hated to love the woman even though she had an affair with another man. The anger still swam around inside him. Sometimes, it would take control of him at times and he would end up hurting one of his students.

He should have killed Yuki before she slipped from his grasp.

"Brother Blood?" His assistant asked, concerned that he was silent throughout the young villain's explanations.

The middle aged man turned his attention to the three teens.

"There is no excuse. You should have never come back empty handed. I expect you have Yuki next time. Dismissed." Blood waved his hand in the air and the three teens left his study.

"Sir? You were staring at Evangeline again, what's on your mind?" He asked.

"Getting Yuki's powers is the top priorty of my plan to take over the world. I can't do that if I don't have the girl." Blood said before walking out of the study.

The assistant gasped before running after his boss.

The Teen Titans Tower...

Yuki's POV

Griffin couldn't seem to keep still. Always glancing at the windows, occasionally she would hide beside the window, as if she was afraid to be seen.

"Griffin?" I asked worried.

She jumped away from the window, her hand over her heart.

"Are you alright?"

"Yes. Why do you ask?" Griffin asked.

"You're hiding and jumpy." I said.

"Oh. It is nothing." She responded.

"Oh. If that's the case, then I will not ponder about it." I say not believing her.

She gave a loud sigh, and went to explain. A knock on the window interrupted her.

"Well the thing is..." Crash! The window broke.

There was a man there glass raining down. I noticed something in the three seconds it took for him to spot Griffin and react.

He had wings like her.

Griffin's Pov

"Barin! What are you doing here?!" I yell.

There was another sound. The wall now had a hole in it and there stood Dustin.

Yuki yelled something and punched the man in the face. I would have laughed, but this was a serious matter.

"You hit me! Why would you do that?!" Dustin yelled, holding his face, which had a mask, which was now broken and it fell off, showing off his face.

"That's what you get for sneaking up on someone, you jerk!" Yuki yelled.

The Titans were freaking out, actually, they were in fight mode.

"Halt! They mean us no harm!" I said loud and clear.

It became silent.

"Dustin? Barin? What are you doing here?"

"We've come to bring you home"

Barin dropped to his knees and took my hand and pulled out a single rose and held it out to me.

"Will you, beautiful Griffin, do me the honor of allowing me to court you."

Dustin shoved Barin out of the way. "No! My darling, Griffin, allow me the honor of courting you."

Then there was a snort.

Both of the men looked at my pink haired friend.

"Court her? No way in hell am I just sitting here letting you take my friend away. You'll have to go through me first." Yuki said.

"Fine." Dustin said.

"Dustin, I wouldn't. Do you not feel that energy flowing off of her like sun rays do the sun?" Barin said.

"Yeah, but I don't care." Dustin cracked his knuckles and charged at Yuki.

Suddenly, he collapsed on the floor.

He was breathing, but he was unconscious.

"He should have known better than to go up against a force stronger than he was." Barin said.

"Too bad I had to do that. Your friend is cute, but he's got an ego as large as his wings and body." Yuki walked towards us.

Barin looked a little...scared.

"You want to test me, too, Tall Boy?" Yuki challenged Barin.

"N-n-no, Ma'am." Barin swallowed hard.

"Good. You're not taking her." Yuki said.

"Yuki, it is fine. The Blessed of Nuada might need me." I said.

"Then, let me come with you." Yuki pleaded.

"We do not coop with outsiders very well. Especially ones with energy radiating off of them." Barin said.

"Fine. But, promise me, you'll come back. Promise me." Yuki said staring into my eyes, like she was looking into my soul.

"I promise. I give you our Nuada oath." I say.

"What's that?"

"It's too complicated to talk about with outsiders, but it's like our way of honoring one's wish." Barin stepped in.

"Ah. I got it." Yuki said.

"Are you ready to go, Griffin?" Barin asked me.

"Yes, but let's take off from the roof, I think you have damaged their home quite enough." I said.

On the roof...

Yuki's POV

I watch as Griffin and that guy Barin fly off towards the opposite way of the city.

I waved bye, even though I knew Griffin couldn't see me.

Why am I sad? I barely know Griffin! Yet, I felt like she was my sister.

"Are you the OK?" Starfire asked.

"Yes, Starfire, I'm just going to miss her even though she'll be gone a few days." I say.

I watch as the two winged people disappear into the horizon.

I sigh.

"Let's go back inside." I say heading towards the entrance.

"Hopefully, nothing happens while she's away."
