Jason's POV
I walked into the lunch hall and spotted Alex so I decided to ask her to come with me
" hey Alex you don't have to line up you know just come with me"
She looked at my hand that I held out for her to take but when looked up she looked upset.
" I know but I don't want to be a stuck up popular kid who gets what they want"
I cant believe that I was being nice and she just threw it back in my face. I saw her look in a different direction and when I followed her gaze I saw that she was looking at Ashton but she quickly looked away,that got me mad she said no to me for him.
" whatever your just a bitch with posh parents who thinks they are better than everybody else"
I knew that was harsh but she was being a bitch and what she said really hurt. when I looked at her I saw that she was about to cry and I was going to say sorry but she ran off.
I got my lunch and met up with the group and sat down, after we said our hello's everyone when back to their conversations but Ashton didn't.
" he Jason who was that girl you were talking to I haven't seen her before"
I cant believe he is playing dumb
"I don't know Ashton I saw the way she looked at you when she was rude to me"
"what? dude no, what did she say"
" she said that I am a stuck up popular kid so I said that she is a bitch with posh parent and she thinks she is better than everyone else"
when I finished I looked at Ashton and he had gone pale. what did I say wrong and why did it effect everyone, she was being mean so I gave her a taste of her own medicine
Ashton shot up from his seat and ran out of the room.
I started to wonder if Ashton knew more to Alex than he was letting on. wait what am i thinking Ashton wouldn't lie to me , would he?
