When Baekhyun finished explaining to Annalisa and Yixing what was happening, Annalisa was ready to go out and fight. "Baekhyun! Why are you sitting here?!" she yells at him and Yixing too looks at him like why he was sitting there calmly. "If I had left with her I would have gotten her and the baby hurt!" he says covering his face with his hands. "Baekhyun..but..-" Baekhyun removes his hands and his eyes are red, "If I love Ava and the baby then I will do whatever it takes to protect them! I have seen how her and Xiumin feel for one another and I can trust him," he says and Annalisa remains silent but looks at him with sad eyes. "Baekhyun your so different," she says and he smiles, wiping a tear that was going to fall. "You really love Ava and the baby like a father/boyfriend would," Yixing includes and Baekhyun looks at them both quickly. "Ofcourse! She's our bestfriend Annalisa," he says and she nods, Annalisa gets up and sits down near him. 

"Baekhyun if your telling us they will be ok then you need to tell yourself that they will too," she tells him and hugs him. "I know! I just...It's the first time we've been separate since she found out! I'm more upset I didn't do enough to murder Minseok!" he says and he breaks down in Annalisa's arms. Yixing gets up and pats Baekhyun's back, "We will get this asshole! You have to keep strong Baek," he tells him. Baekhyun brakes from the hug and nods. "He won't hurt my family!" he says and bawls a fist.

Xiumin softly woke Ava up when they reached their destination, "C'mon where here," he tells her and she gets out rubbing her eyes as Xiumin gets her backpack and then brings her inside of his apartment. 

When they reached his door he unlocked it and stepped in. Ava looked around the house and she smiles at how cute and clean it was. "I like your home," she says and he smiles as he takes her things into a room. "Thanks," he says and then comes back. "Are you hungry or do you just want to sleep?" he asks her and she yawns. "I'm tired," she says and he tells her to follow him to a room. 

"You can sleep here for tonight," he says and she looks at him confused. "Where am I going next?" she asks and he smiles, "Minseok is going to eventually find out where I live. So I thought we could go to my hometown but if you don't then it's ok! We can try hiding you somewhere else," he says and reaches for a pillow and blanket. "No...I think leaving Seoul is a great idea. I would like to see where your hometown is," she says and smiles as she sits on his bed. "Are you sure? You can always call your friends and they are free to come to my hometown too! Just we can leave and then they can come a couple days later," he says and sits near her. "I trust you," she says and looks to her lap. Xiumin places a hand on hers, "As long as you can trust me. That's all that matters," he says and then gets up to leave. "Thank you," she says again and Xiumin stops and looks back to her, "Ava..." he says but stops himself. "I just want you and Bean safe," he says and smiles small closing the door behind him.

Ava and Xiumin where headed to Hwadoeup, Xiumin's hometown. It would take almost an hour if they didn't catch traffic, or they didn't stop much in the little rental car they had. "So Baekhyun was going to be the Pretend Dad?" Xiumin asks and Ava knows it was time to explain herself. "Before I explain that, sleeping with Minseok was never something I willingly wanted to do. It was just a deal to be left alone," she says and Xiumin focuses on the road to not show the frustration he felt. "I knew it was too quiet," is all Xiumin says and Ava fiddles with the end of her shirt. "Baekhyun wasn't going to pretend either, it sounds fake like that. Baekhyun has been there since I found out I was caring Bean, and he's been taking care of the both of us," she adds and Xiumin smiles small, "You'd both make a great couple and by how serious I saw him last night. You and him raising a family would be perfect," he says and tries clearing his throat because the words he said he didn't exactly feel right saying. 

"I suppose....Baekhyun is doing what he is because we've been bestfriends since we where young, but Baek likes guys and so do I. Baekhyun helping me raise Bean is one thing I will forever be in debt," she says and Xiumin looks to her quickly and then back on the road. "Knowing Baekhyun isn't with us right now makes me feel horrible, but I'm thankful to be with you," Ava says and Xiumin removes one hand from the steering wheel and takes Ava's. "I'll help you too," he says and she blushes slightly, "I thought you'd hate me once you knew," Ava says and Xiumin pulls the car over and turns to her. "Ava! When we talked about love that one night you opened my eyes! I see you everyday at work and that's my main goal! To see you and talk to you! When we fight I hate myself because I just want to keep you close because... Ava I like you!" he says looking straight into her eyes, "I don't care if Bean is from Minseok! I don't! I will love Bean like their my own if you just give me a chance! All my life Minseok has taken everything from me, but I won't let him take you. I want to be by your side all the time, you and the baby!" he says and Ava bites her lip looking from her lap to Xiumin. "I do too," she says and wipes the tears that make their way out. Xiumin unbuckles himself and hugs her as she clutches on to him. "I'll protect you," he says one last time and she smiles into his embrace.
