It's been a few weeks, Justin had gotten over Raegan (mostly) and grew more fondly of Josh. So he decided to call Raegan and tell him about Josh and him.
R: hey
J: hey just wanted to tell you something
R: well you sound a lot happier now
J: yeah I met someone new
R: that's cool
J: yeah that's what I wanted to tell you
R: ok
J: his name is Josh Wheeler
R: oh
J: and we have been talking for a while
R:and...
J: we both want to date each other
R: he wants to date you?
J: yeah he told me that he wanted to ask me out
R: oh well that's really nice (Raegan sighed loudly)
J: is something wrong
R: no nothing's wrong I...i... i gtg bye
J:uhm ok
R:bye
Raegan was heart broken. That feeling you get in your stomach, when your hearts broken. It's like all the butterflies just died. Not only did his ex boyfriend get over him which he now realizes that he still loves him but his other crush likes Justin.
Raegan decided to FaceTime Josh an hour later.
When Josh accepted the FaceTime request all Raegan saw was Justin and Josh cuddling. His broken heart just broke in more pieces. It's hard to pretend you love someone when you don't, but it's harder to pretend that you don't love someone when you really do.
