Steve's P.O.V
I doubted that I would ever fall in love, or even be lovestruck. Ever since Y/N turned up to my house that day, it was hard not to think about them and I having a relationship. Still, I wasn't "that confident" to ask for a well being and loved life with them. Y/N gave me a hearty look, turning away and brushing the hair out of their face. I couldn't bring myself to ask, so I didn't. It later became darker that night, darker than some of the other previous nights. A hand lay on my cheek, heating it up, and another is wrapped around my waist. Y/N was as close to sitting on my lap as they could possible get. I doubted that this whole "love thing" would last since it does have some complications.

The wind outside rushed farther up north, then trailed off in different directions. The air was crispy, the smell of smoke floating around, leaping at the sight of a nose to fill. I couldn't tell if Y/N was asleep, but I had assumed that they were. A gentle kiss was placed upon their head from me and I picked Y/N up, carrying them off through the small house. Y/N never agreed, or even asked to stay the night, but I had heard earlier that a storm would be coming around by this time, and it was too risky to walk out in.

Your P.O.V
Taking lean, graceful steps as I slowly entered the now dusty kitchen. It seemed that Steve never had a purpose to use his kitchen. Soda and them always had something prepared. When he had to use the kitchen, it would either be for getting food from the fridge, or putting food in the fridge. I wasn't really the person to judge, so I mildly accepted this lovely display of art, well, dust, that he had "set up" just for me. What was I doing in there? My mind must've been messing with me, and some sort of numbness as well as dizziness started kicking in. What was happening? I hated this feeling, it was numbing everything, and I couldn't stand it. I grasped the handle of the fridge, trying my best to stabilize myself so I wouldn't fall. My heart was pounding out of my chest by now, and I blinked a couple of times, clearing out of the freaky visions I was having.

I couldn't see anymore. My vision had given up on me. Sooner or later, I would surely be rescued, hopefully.

Ponyboy's P.O.V
I hadn't felt dead anymore, and I was just messed up I guess. I was still dead, just imagining things. Yeah, that's the case. But why did I feel like I wasn't dreaming, and even if this was a dream,  it felt so real. I was alive. Not dead, alive. But why wasn't Soda noticing me? Whatever was happening, I didn't like it. I slowly stepped out of the coffin, taking one quick look at Soda before wandering off. I knew where I was heading. Everything was blurry, dim and blurry. A sudden light spoke up from somewhere to the left, and in the corner of my eye, it sparked higher than anything else. My whole body twisted and turned, and I started making my way to the unfamiliar light. I had reached it, but as I entered the familiar house, I didn't even recognize who it was, or what it was. I had to get closer. I took a few steps, closing in on the light, and suddenly, it looked up at me.

Hahaha. Why am I laughing again? Oh yeah, this is sorta a cliffhanger, well, to me it is. If you guys don't think it is a cliffhanger, then you're lucky. Some of you might already assume who the light is. But please don't go telling others if you think you know. Thanks for reading this story so far! I hope you are all enjoying it! -OrangePeelings
