She began to hum as she walked to her dorm room. She looked through the windows into the room, her little friend Jamie was sitting in his favourite chair, eating a pastie. She scowled as she saw a boy silently mocking Jamie. His weight always got him teased, it always pissed Ilma off, she swung open the dorm door and strolled into the room, glaring at Jamie's mocker.
"Hey Jamie, what pastie is that today?" She asked with a genuine smile. He looked up at her and beamed.
"It's chicken and cheese, it's so good! Do you want to try?" He asked, holding it up to her. She chuckled and shook her head.
"Nawh, porkie's sharing his grub," A boy jeered. Ilma glared at him.
"Shut it zit face!" She hissed, the boy dramatically placed his palm over his mouth, his friend cheering him on.
"Oh no! Sorry Ilma, don't have a hissy fit at me. Is it your time of the month?" He asked, then him and his friend echoed each others laughter.
"Wow really? That's mature, go fuck yourselves with a cactus," Jamie told them. One boy walked up to him and then knocked the pastie onto the dorms floor.
"Eat up piggy. Don't ever talk down to me," He hissed. Ilma shook in rage, she could feel the air tickle her palms. Suddenly, the alarm rang, taking the four of them by surprise.
"Oh crap, Science," The boy muttered. Then he looked at Jamie.
"We'll continue this later pig," He jeered.
"Touch him and I'll shove my fist down your throat," Ilma hissed. She scowled as the two boys left the dorm room in hysterics.
"I'm sorry about your pastie, I'll buy you one later," She told Jamie. He just shook his head and smiled.
"No, no. I was getting full anyway. Thanks though," He told her smiling. They both began to leave for their lesson, Ilma looked at the pastie in despair.
"I'll buy you one for lunch, you can't refuse," She told him, he just chuckled and nodded. She suddenly felt slightly better.
