Chapter 1

Baekhyun's P.O.V

After that day, Chanyeol and I would have short conversations and we would greet each other in class or down the hall. But just one problem with this. I was being bullied even more now, by the girls and boys who admired Chanyeol.

They would team up against me and thrash me until I was down, throwing my stuff out the window, writing things on my locker, pushing me down or tripping me, or straight on beating my ass. Almost every other day, I would have a new ache or bruise forming someplace on my body and I would have to cover it up with makeup or a hoodie.

As I closed my locker door, Luhan was leaning on the other locker next to mine, making me jump slightly.

"Shit." I cursed while resting my hand over my fast beating heart.

"Haha you're such a pussy....you pussy." Luhan laughed at me with his lame insult.

I shot daggers at him for about 2 seconds and he stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do after that sour joke. I then grabbed his neck and started shaking him while yelling.

"How could you leave me alone in school for a week?! You and Kyungsoo...I will kill you all!" I shouted at him still shaking him.

"What about Chen?" He asked removing my hands from around his neck and rubbing the slightly sore area.

 "He's sick..." I whined while pouting since I was missing my best friend.

"Suho? Xiumin?" He called our other friends' names.

"Suho had to go to New York for his Mom's surgery so he wasn't able to attend and Xiumin has been in school but he was busy with the student council work." I said doing hand gestures in between.

"Oh, well Suho called last night and he said he'll be at school today, Kyungsoo went to class early to admire Kai and well...here I am." He explained to me just a little too hyper.

"Well lets get to class quickly, I don't want to be late." I said pulling on his arm quickly. 

"Hm typical Baekhyun." Luhan let out a heartily laugh as I dragged him to our next class.

I just puffed my cheeks out, ending with him squeezing them and making baby noises which made me roll my eyes and let out a playful sigh.

When we arrived at our class, we sat into our designated seats and the teacher started the class,  explaining the next topic. Not long after, the trouble makers walked in, Chanyeol leading the pack as always.

"Why are you so late for my class?" The teacher snapped rudely at them.

"Well because we were-" the teacher cut off Kyungsoo's big time crush...big time crush...big time rush...ohhhhh. Anyways...good choice Soo.

"I don't want to hear your excuse!!" The teacher shouted at them.

"Then why the fuck did you ask me?" Kai asked in complete annoyance. What the-! He...He just swore at the teacher, is he crazy or something? I-

"Watch your language with me young man. Detention after school!" She shouted at him while slamming the duster onto her desk. Ohhh shittt Kyungsoo is so gonna hear about this. Damn he's such a slacker...But he'll never replace my precious Chanyeol regardless of him being kinda hot.

Kai let out a small 'hah' and walked to the back of the class to get to his seat. Chanyeol sent death glares towards the teacher and then followed along to the back with the rest of his trouble making friends. He turned to look at me with a small side smile, winked and then went to his seat in the back.

I just died a million times. Oh god the feels...I just really wish he was mine, but to my despair he only thinks of me as a friend.

"Baekhyun?? Did THE Park Chanyeol just wink at you??" Luhan whisper shouted in disbelief to me. A crimson red creeped upon my cheeks and I turned my face towards my book, brushing my best friend off so he wouldn't make us out to everyone.
