You sat there in shock staring back at Ethan "I'm sorry" he says "I shouldn't have took it that far" he adds. His gaze shifts to another direction looking out into the night sky. "N-no" I choke out. My hand grabs his hand and I play with his fingers "I'm in love with you too" I smile slightly. His head turns around to face me a small smile creeps onto his face. He pulls me toward his chest playing with my hair as my eyes are shut softly "y/n?" He asked "hm?" I answer "I bought you something" he says "Ethan I told you not t-" "shhhh" he cuts me off pressing a finger to my lips "you deserve it. And you told me I could spoil you every once and awhile so nows one of those times" he chuckles. He pulls out a box from his pocket and hands it to me. He puts his hand over mine "this is a promise from me to you. Okay? This is me telling you that I will always be here for you. Weather we're sitting right next to one another or miles apart I want you to know that I'm here. To love you, to hold you, everything. I want to be with you, forever." He swallows. As a tear rolls down his face- I whipe It away with the pad of my thumb "but where would you go E?" I asked "no where- not without you. But things happen, this worlds crazy and I just want you to know that I want to experience it all with you" she looked at me for a while just staring at me "Everything oKay?" I asked her. I was growing nervous- her stare made me feel self conscious. She leaped into my lap her arms involuntarily wrapping tightly around my torso. "Everything's perfect" she smiled. My hands found their way to her back- I slowly rubbed circles at the top of her back as my head rests on her shoulder "I love you" I mumbled into her hair "I love you too- t-thank you" she tells me "shhh" I hush "stop thanking me" I tell her "can we go back inside?" She Asked and I nod- I take her hand helping her inside and we crawl back into bed. I sigh turning over towards her in attepmt to make myself comfortable again. Her hand searches for mine within the covers and I feel her small hands interlacing it's fingers with mine. I pull our hands up to my face placing a kiss on the back of her hand "I love you" she mumbled before drifting off into a sleep "I love you too" I say with a smile before I drift to sleep too.

The next morning i am woken up by a phone call from my mom. I pick up the phone bidding a groggy "hello" and i am met with her panicked voice "E i need you to catch a flight to New Jersey" i Hear her sniffle "it's urgent. You need to leave by tomorrow night get here as soon as you can. Please" she cries "mom what's going on?" I say sweetly trying not to upset her more "it's your father Ethan. Just come as soon as you can sweetie" "okay" i swallow. Holding back my thoughts from running wild. I didn't want to make the situation worse. "I'll see you soon- i love you" i tell her "i love you too E" she says and i hang up the phone. I turn my body to face where y/n is. And i notice she's already awake. I give her a smile placing a soft kiss to her cheek, "what was that about?" She asks her blue eyes beeming at me "it was my mom, i need to catch a flight to jersey... like now" i sigh  y/n sits up "y-you have to leave?" She stutters "not forever my love- your going to come with me" i cooed rubbing her arm softly. Tears fill her eyes and she places her head in her hands "no" she says "you need to go yourself this is for you- your family" she swallows "and if it means i have to stay here- then it means i have to stay here." She tried not to show that she was scared but i knew she was. "Gorgeous your coming with me. There's no way I'm leaving here without you. Plus- i really want my family to meet you, especially if my dad is on his death bed" i look down "Ethan you don't want your family to meet me. I'm crazy. I'm definitely not what either of your parents want for you" "i don't give a fuck." I tell her with a smirk and she looks up at me shocked "things could be way worse y/n. Your the best thing that's ever happened to me and i want everybody and their mother to know that you belong to me and that you make me the happiest man on earth. I need you with me y/n, and that's final." I tell her "you really want me to come with you?" She asks hesitant. "Yes. And i promise you. My whole family will love you" i smile at her. "Come on- let's start packing" i tell her. I get out of our bed and pull out two suit cases from the closet. "Here- put everything you need in there- we can stay in my old room at my parents house so you can wash clothes if you need to" i place a kiss onto her lips before grabbing different necessities from the bathroom and my dresser that i will need for the week or more that we will be in New Jersey. I'm really nervous about going home and seeing Grayson. I love and miss him and everyone- but i just hope that we can rebond. Maybe he's changed. Hopefully he's changed.
