The party went on for a while. It was soon time for dinner, not surprisingly it was all cooked by Jin with the help of Jungkooks brother and Eun-Ji. Namjoon had spoken to everyone but Jin at this point. Was the older still mad at him? What did he even do? So he sat out on the back patio a few feet away from everyone talking and having a good time. When Jimin and Hoseok came and sat down next to him.
"Hyung are you okay? You've just seemed off this whole party." Jimin said making some small hand gestures as he spoke and looked at him. Hoseok nodded his head and placed a hand on the older shoulder.
"He's right, even at the wedding you were distant and looked uncomfortable." Namjoon stayed silent not really wanting to talk about it.
"Is it something to do with Seokjin? You haven't spoken to him all night?" Jimin asked Namjoon was shocked by how obvious that apperantly was so he just nodded.
"If you want to talk about it were right here." Hoseok looked at Namjoon waiting for the younger to speak. Namjoon gave up, if he was going to tell anyone his issue it might as well be the two members who are basically gay. He rubbed his legs and sat up.
"When I finished serving I got in a car crash on the way home. I busted my leg and by chance Jin was volunteering at the hospital I was at. I couldn't go home due to my leg and he asked me to stay with him. Everything was fine until we went out for ice cream. I saw Jackson who was getting married to Mark soon. Me and him got into an argument I slipped out that I wasn't straight and Jin heard. After that he spent a lot of time away from me. Even though I was staying in his house, I was always alone. I finally left and I can't stop thinking about him. He must hate me or something, I didn't know he was homophobic." Namjoon spilled everything and Jimin and Hoseok took in the new found information thinking.
"Namjoon Jin hyung isn't homophobic, he was more than happy for me and Jungkook and Hoseok and Jae too." Neither of the two had the guts to tell Namjoon that Jin had went through a lot after the band broke up. Instead they figured they would urge Namjoon to speak to Jin himself.
"Why not talk to Jin about all of it. This could all be a misunderstanding Namjoon." Hoseok said and Namjoon nodded.
"You guys go back to the party I'll stay here a little longer. Thanks for the help." Namjoon fidgeted and tried to focus on a white rose he had picked up off the ground. I really do need to talk to him myself, and sort all of this out he thought. However he was pulled out of his thoughts by Yoongi kicking his back lightly.
"Hey grumpy dinner is ready." Namjoon nodded and stood up everyone was already getting into their seats. There was a dining room next to the kitchen where a long table was. Jin was at the top and on the right side of the table was Jimin, Jungkook, Yoongi, Amber, and Jungkooks brother. On the left was Hoseok, Jae, Taehyung, Eun-Ji, and Junhoe. Leaving Namjoon on the other end facing Jin. Suddenly his stomach dropped because this was the first time he's made eye contact with Jin since he's entered the man's house. The most surprising thing was that as soon as he saw Namjoon he didn't look mad. He just smiled and clapped his hands together.
"Alright everyone let's eat!" As soon as he said that every one dug in. The boys were always good eaters.
"Man Jin I missed your food soo much!" Jungkook said with his mouth full receiving laughs from multiple people.
"What's wrong with Jimins food?" Hoseok asked from the other side of the table, passing his boyfriend a napkin in the process. Jimin chocked on his food a bit and took a sip of wine to wash it down.
"Hyung, I don't cook." It made everyone a bit shocked.
"Jimin, your saying my brother. Who made sweet potatoes stick to a plate cooks for you?" Jung-hyun asked pointing his chopsticks at the couple. Jimin just shrugged his face flushing red for the umpteenth time that night. Jungkook glared at his brother.
"Hey that was a long time ago, and of course I cook for my hyung. What if he gets burnt or something he's too squishy for that." Jimin rolled his eyes and was very tempted to spill his red wine all over his boyfriends lap. Jin was eyeing him from his seat and mouthed 'don't even think about it'
"Does he do this often?" Taehyung asked smiling in amusement. Jimin just rolled his eyes again.
"Only when he knows it will embarrass me. He's usually pretty normal, he puts on a decent show though." Jungkook looked hurt as he placed a hand on his chest.
"What show this is just how I am Jiminie take it or leave it."
"Ooh, yeah hard pass babe. Tae hand me the rice." Jimin said leaving his boyfriends ego deflated and slightly embarrassed.
"So can I ask how the acting is going?" Amber spoke and Tae and Seokjins eyes lit up.
"Its actually going great I'm getting a lead again in an upcoming drama and Taehyung is going to be in a movie." Taehyung nodded.
"This will be a good thing for me, also this winter a movie Jin filmed a while back will finally be released. I have reserved a lot of tickets so I expect a movie date with all of you." Everyone looked rather excited and Junhoe spoke up this time.
"A movie date individually or?" Jungkook threw a chopstick at him.
"Watch it or I won't take you anywhere ever again." Junhoe rolled his eyes and help up his drink.
"Well I say we have a toast, to the growth and success of the members of BTS!" Everyone cheered and held up their drinks.
"To BTS!"
This story is being dragged out a bit I know. But the next chapter will be more fulfilling. Please hang in there.
