Chapter 5: Shane Trothemere- Separation January 6th.

The first day really wasn't all that bad. Stephanie and I drew a Mikasa in the sand we all stuck together we were a team. For once we were all acting upon the same goal set, survival. We even all took turns beating the living shit out of Logan and I'm proud to say I'm pretty sure I'm the one who broke his rib. They hadn't given me much blood because they wanted for us to remain as human as possible for as long as possible. In case your wondering why that's an issue it's cause we were getting that blood by cutting Logan. He tastes absolutely disgusting but it's better than nothing I guess. Anyways that was the first day but when the second day came they took that all away from me. First my anime shop now then my friends what the fuck world. That night right before we all started to gather by the fire without Danny of course because according to Tyler. Fire bad, luckily for me vampires don't have such pathetic weaknesses as long as I have a hood and I stay the hell away from any type of water I'm good. So I sat there right next to Stephanie. I knew she liked it. Then 5 girls wearing leather robes came on to the beach and started heading towards us. Well fuck, locals. I turned into a bat, a single bat for the first time in years and perched myself on Stephanie's shoulder ready to fly up into the air and let them fight. Of course I only did that to save my strength in case anything stronger comes they might need the descendant of a god to protect them. I flexed my wings a little and waited. When they got there they greeted us then began to speak.
"Hi, welcome to Vil I'm Rachel and this is Scarlet, Zelda, Taylor, and Lucy." She put her hand out to shake. Stephanie did, why is she fraternizing with the enemy? Attack dammit, attack!
"I'm Stephanie that's Danny, Tyler, and James. Over there's Logan he's stuck with us and this little guy is Shane."
She tickled my nose with her finger when she said that last part. What is she doing she has given the enemy my name! Oh well so much for that idea I hopped off a switched back.
"Sup."
"How do you do.", She did a curtsy. How dare she? That's my thing there can be only one!
"So what are you all doing here on the beach, you don't need to sleep here in the cold each Beast type has it's own sort of settlement."
She's trying to separate us we're not falling for that one.
"What type of Beasts are you?", Asked Rachel.
Okay Stephanie I love you but if you tell them what each one of us are, giving away all of our weaknesses I am going to slam my head into the water and feel the burning sensation on my face.
"I'm a Witch, Danny's a Werewolf, Logan's a Siphon, and well you already saw our little bat."
That's it! I ran straight to the side of the shore and dunked my whole head in.
"Ahhhhhhhhhh!"
I could feel my flesh melting off my face. Then my healing factor kicked in and I could feel the flesh regenerating back on my face.
"What's with him?", Asked Rachel.
"He's just being him." said Stephanie.
"Okay so Stephanie come with us we will take you to the Coven. Danny we will be seeing alot more of you." She winked at him.
"Shane you just need to head to the castle and Tyler what are you?"
Nobody answered then she pointed to James.
"Wait me? I'm not Tyler, I'm James and I'm human."
"Whoa good luck pal I don't hate humans but other than Witches everyone dispises humans. Also who the heck is Tyler."
"He's with Danny don't worry he has a place to go.", said Steph.
"Oh okay, well come on Steph we'll introduce you to everybody! Ekk this is going to be so much fun!"
Next thing I knew I was all alone. Well not really because they left me with Logan!
