Wait what? Where was I ? Why am I in this room? This was definitely not my house? And there was a complete stranger right next to me? Wait a second. He looked oddly familiar. Where was I? Oh yeah that's right, that's Niall Horan. And I'm Isabel Marie. And I'm in a hospital? Wait what the flack??
'Niall? Why am I here?"
He looked up at me with great big red puffy eyes and tear streaked cheeks. Why had he been crying? What was going on??
"Niall answer me. Why am I in the hospital? I told you I'd be fine with some meat patches and company? Why am I here?? Why are you crying?? What is going on?!?"
"Isabel....you.. you. Look after you got knocked out by Natasha I came and held you".
"Okay but that doesn't have anything to do with why I'm here?"
"Let me finish. After you knocked out. You lost conscious so I called the ambulance. And..And then"
It was suddenly getting harder for him to speak about the next part, but I needed to know why I was here.
"It's okay Niall I'm fine now." I said grasping his hand in mine.
"After you lost conscious. You went into cardiac arrest."
"Niall I studied the human body in grade school but I forget what happens when you go into cardiac arrest. Tell me again what happens."
"Isabel your heart stopped. You were pronounced dead."
I was dead? I died? And yet I'm still alive. How can this be? It couldn't have been because of two punches that Natasha gave me. Just impossible.
"So then how am I still alive?"
"They shocked you back to life. After many attempts. Harry, he...he didn't believe you were dead. He gave you CPR and mouth to mouth and then he finally asked for them to just try for his sake. And by some graceful and amazing miracle, you came back to us."
"I came back to you guys because I can't leave you guys." I said with a smile.
My room door opened and a nurse came in.
"Sorry to interrupt anything but Ms.Isabel has a another visitor and they asked if they could see her privately. Would you mind leaving for just a few minutes hun? It's right about lunch time in the cafeteria."
"I'll be back in a few Isabel, I love you."
"Love you too Niall.''
Well you could always summon Niall Horan by telling him that there's food. I wonder who my visitor was. Louis and Eleanor already came by to give me a big stuffed carrot and laughs. Liam and Danielle stopped by before Niall with some chocolates and balloons. Niall just left. Zayn said that he'd be around in an hour or so with my best friend Haley. And.....I could see the full head of big bouncy brown curls walking towards my room. No mistake I knew who it was.
