"Kenzie, come on, it's time for school," my mom, Melissa, yelled from downstairs.

"I'm coming, I'm coming," I yelled back as I lazily grabbed my bookbag. I walked downstairs to the kitchen and grabbed my lunch box. Then, I ran to the car because I heard it start up. My mom drove Maddie to Franklin Regional High School; then, me to Franklin Regional Middle School.

I walked into the building with my head down. I began to quietly sing the song 'Let it Go' from Frozen. I sang, "Don't let them in; Don't let them see. Be the good girl you always had to be. Conceal, Don't feel; Don't let them know. Well, now they know. Let it go, let it go. Can't hold it back anymore. Let it go, let it go. turn my back and slam the door...." I was interrupted by someone pushing me and knocking all my stuff to the ground.

"Ohh.." A voice said, "Look, it's clumsy Mackenzie Ziegler." I knew that voice anywhere before I could even look up from the ground, I said, "What do you want Asia? Why have you been so mean to me lately when I have been nothing, but nice to you?"

Asia stomped away not bothering to answer my question. Someone walked towards me and said, "Are you okay? I saw everything." And they helped me up. It was a... boy. Boys, never talk to me, let alone notice me. "I'm, I'm fine," I stammered.

"Okay," he said, "By the way, I'm Tyler." He put his hand out for me to shake and I shake it. "Mackenzie," I said shyly.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Tyler asked again.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I said. So far today wasn't off to that bad of a start, but I still have much more to come.

I walked to my homeroom class with Tyler. Guess what? We had the same schedule. The rest of the day was the same old, same old. Boring classes, Asia pushing me around; yep, same thing everyday. I'm getting tired of it.

I walked into the dance studio after school. I'm wearing my black dance shorts and a pink and blue oxygen crop top. Abby starts the pyramid.

It goes like this:

Maddie

Chloe Me

Kendall Paige Nia Asia

It's always the same, except this week I have a solo. It's a lyrical called Disappear. The dance was actually Maddie's old solo from season 2. Everyone one has a solo and there is no group dance. Maddie's is a tap called Can't Bother Me Now. Chloe's is a contemporary called Eyes Open. Kendall's is a jazz called Mean.  Paige's is a contemporary jazz called You Don't Know Me. And Nia's is a acro jazz called Roar. Asia's is a jazz funk called Watch Your Back.

We all learned our dances and Abby sent us home. I changed into my pajamas and walked over to my bathroom sink where there was a blade. I took it and sliced my wrist. This wasn't the first time I cut; it's just been awhile. Maybe since last school year. I walked over to my bed, flopped down, and watched TV until I fell asleep.
