Hey this is a new book and I really hope you like it. before you read just let me say there are most likely going to be a lot of grammar mistakes in this book.

I put the last box of my things into the moving truck and hop in my car. The moving truck takes off down the road while I wait for my sister Prim to get in. As I am waiting, I think about all of the good memories that are in the house that is no longer mine. Like when we first moved here when I was 5 and my father told me I get to pick my room before anyone else, and I picked the biggest room, and after that my mom got mad because she thought it was unfair. Or one Christmas when I got Prim a goat and she slept with it. There are so many other memories in this house that I cant even think of, but I will really miss this place.
When Prim finally got in the car we took off down the road. We passed my old school, the town store, and my best friend Madge's house. By the time we we passed the 'Welcome to Kentucky' sign Prim was fast asleep. About five minutes later I pull into my cousin Annie's house, and I shake Prim awake.
"Prim wake up, were here" after I said that last part she jumped up with excitement.
" Well what are you waiting for come on." She says and pulls me out of the car. We walk up to the door and before I can even knock it flys open, and I'm pulled into a bear hug by my Aunt lynn.
" Oh Katniss I haven't seen you in years" then she sees Prim. " Oh my Prim, is that you" she ask and Prim nods her head.
"KATNISS!" I hear my name being shouted, and I turn to see Annie.
~4 hours later~
After I finally finished unpacking my things and putting every thing away, I heard a knock on my door. Annie.
" Hey Katniss, I going to the mall for school shopping you want to come." When she said that I jumped up mostly because I need new clothes for school but I also want so e starbucks.
