"You know, they think they can get away with anything, but that's not true! I just..." Charlie ranted about the Eden Hall varsity team. Adam nodded along, while you just sat back, letting the two of them get out their anger. 

"You know, sometimes I wish I could just," Charlie started in again, not before moving over to where you were standing to cover your ears with his hands, "I wish I could fucking beat them to a pulp! Those assholes deserve it anyway!"

"You know I can still hear you, right?" you asked, giggling and looking up at your boyfriend. He stopped ranting for a moment to look at you, before slowly removing his hands.

"You know, you're a real dork," you said simply, standing on your tip-toes to press a chaste kiss to his lips, "now, I've gotta go, but you better calm down. You both are better than this. Bye, Charlie." You walked towards the doorway, but not before patting Banks on the back. 

"Bye, Banksy. Keep that one in check, will ya?" you asked, causing the boy to laugh and nod. 

Once you were gone, Adam smirked at Charlie. 

"You know, Conway, it's lucky you have someone like her to keep you from going off your rocker," Adam laughed, and Charlie joined in. 

"Damn right. I'd be well past insane without her."
