You were staying over your boyfriend, Adam's house this Friday night. It was your first time staying over, because it had taken a long time to convince both of your parents that it would be okay. The night had gone great so far, the two of you cuddled on the couch, binge watching Star Wars movies at your request. 

" Okay babe, I think we better try to get some sleep," Adam suggested, as the credits rolled for 'Empire Strikes Back'. 

"Yeah, I guess..." you shrugged, holding back a yawn. Adam stood up, grabbed your hand, and tugged you up with him. You were already in what you considered pajamas; some nike pro shorts, and a sweatshirt, which just so happened to be Adam's. 

You followed him out into the hallway, and down to his room, where his bed was already made and ready for you guys to sleep. 

"I see you tidied up for me," you teased, smiling at him. He just turned to look at you, a blush dusting his cheeks. 

"Yeah, I did, now come on, I'm tired," he replied, pulling you onto the bed into a hug. He pulled the blankets up on the both of you, and switched out the light. 

"Night, babe," he whispered, kissing the top of your head. 

"Night, Banksy," you whispered back. However, you weren't planning on falling asleep any time soon. 

Two hours later, you lied awake, facing the ceiling of Adam's room. He stirred, and saw that you were still awake. 

"Babe...go to sleep," he whispered, burying his head further into his pillow. 

"No, I can't," you answered simply. 

"Why?" he asked, his voice gravelly with sleep. 

"Because, that's what the government wants me to do, and I can't let them win," you answered firmly, and Adam had to suppress a laugh and a sigh at the same time. Apparently, Star Wars got you on some rebellious kick. 

"I still don't get why I'm dating you," Adam sighed, looking at you as his eyes adjusted to the light. 

"It's cause you love me," you grinned, drawing out 'love'.

"That is true," he grinned back, kissing you.
