*few days later*

Robyn's POV

"Are you ready?" Chris asked as we were getting ready to go into the big place for our appointment.

"I guess so..." I said nervously.

"Don't be nervous baby. We are gonna come home later, have a great afternoon, and have a movie night with the girls tonight. Okay?" Chris held my hand as we were walking in.

"Okay." I showed a small smile, feeling a lot better that I wasn't finally alone doing this.

Chris insists we go to a much better doctor than Nicki's. I honestly wanted to be with my bestest girlfriend during all of this.... However, I wasn't about to argue with him. That's really sweet of him to do this for us.

I never had anyone do this with me before. All my family, which is my sister and mama, are in Barbados. Everyone else I cared about moved here after high school. Which is only the 3 I always talk to....you can say I got lots of trust issues.

"How is Nicki doing?" He asked since she went to her appointment with her mama a few days ago.

"She's doing fine. She's nervous about the father...she's almost 99.9% sure it's Aubrey." I told him as he bursted out laughing.

"His ugly ass!? Oh hell naw....she better get an abortion real quick! For the sake of her ugly child!!!" Chris laughed as shoved him playfully and rolled my eyes.

We used the stairs since the elevators weren't working at the moment to get to the second floor. The room was the first one on our left.

"Good morning you too! I'm Dr Curtis!" Our blonde lady doctor smiled as we entered the room.

"Good morning." We smiled at her as I sat down on the chair, waiting for her to instruct me on what she wanted me to do first.

"First things first....how's your guys' day so far?" She was really sweet to us. Not a lot of people are like that nowadays....

"We're great." I smiled, speaking for Chris too.

"Good. Now I'm just gonna take a small sample of blood. And in a few minutes, we'll confirm your pregnancy." She went to grab her tools from another room.

She came back quickly, and took my blood. Then going into the same room, and didn't come back for like 5 minutes for the results.
