I sat on my bed and thought for awhile

Many things were on my mind but there was one that kept popping up

'Engie'

Engie was sweet and all and I really wanted to confess to him,I just really don't know how. So I tried to hide my feelings...by being an asshole to him

I know he was trying to be the nicest he can,I bet hes thinking that hes not achieving anything by now

He always calls me cute nicknames and helps me,and in the end its just the same response. "Whatever.." then whenever he leaves I always mumble an 'I'm sorry'

And dear lord I DO feel like an ass

I always act like a jerk to Engie whenever he does something kind

Like today for example. He made me strawberry/blueberry/banana/etc. pancakes with my favorite drink. The same sentence "Whatever..thanks I guess"

I sighed and stood up then looked at the mirror

I didn't necessarily looked good but who would after a bloody massacre?

On the field I wasn't able to focus. Trying my best to stop thinking of Engie was difficult as hell

Speaking of Engie I haven't seen him since after battle

'Maybe he thought he'll never have a chance with me..."

A wave of guilt washed over me as I rethought the sentence over and over

I really felt like crying,no wait,I have my period. 'Ah shit. Forgot to change my tampon'

~few mins later~

Ok back. Now to be honest I think I screwed up,poor Dell..I fucked up. I need to apo- actually no,I have an better idea

I might regret this but for him amiright?

I'm gonna need Spy's help,the suave and classy player.

I got out of my room and over to Spy's. I knocked on the door and waited patiently.

Which wasn't very long

"Hey you French bastard! Let me in!"

He opened the door and raised a brow "Hello mon cher,how may I help ou?"

Laurent opened the door further and let me in

"Well you see..."

"Ou ave a crush on Engineer hm? And ou need my 'elp?"

I rolled my eyes and tried my best not to punch the living daylight out of this motherfucker

"...yes"

He took a chair and started helping me with things like manners,table spoon,teaspoon,salad fork and all that shit

"Mon cher,your also not allowed to cuss"

I groaned "fuck that"

Spy lectured me more about all that fancy pantsy shit till I was pretty sure I'm gonna faint. I knew it was only 5 minutes but it felt like 10 fucking hours

~another time skip~

"And mademoiselle zat iz our lecture zone"

I sighed and felt like crying tears of joy. Damn hormones

"K bye French fry thnx or whatever" I got up and walked out

Even with the help of this motherfucker I can't really see myself apologizing to Engie

I WAS gonna walk back too my room but the said Texan came out of nowhere and we bumped into each other

Engie got up and apologized,he reached his hand out towards me with a worried face (Lmao like Ayano and Senpai?)

I grabbed his hand and got up too. It was an awkward silence for a few minutes then I decided to speak

"Hey um Engie.."

He looked up and replied "Yeah?"

I scratched the back of my head and took a deep breath and spoke

"IreamsosorryI'manasshole"

Engie looked at disbelief,then shook his head and smiled

"Its alright darlin,I'm sorry too for botherin you all the time"

I pecked his cheek and smiled "wanna go out?"

We took hands and walked out of the base too town

I guess I finally had a happy ending
