Chapter 5- Another one?

I sat in science watching the clock, couldn't this lesson hurry up? I was so hungry i could literally eat a horse i said to myself in my mind. I looked around and noticed a blonde haired boy staring at me. I smiled quickly trying to get him to get back to reality. He shaked his head and giggled to himself, i could hear him from across the room.

The events with Michael popped into my head now and then, i just got rid of them. They didn't belong in my head.

"NEW GIRL AND DAN, DETENTION"

Seriously? first day of school and iv'e already got detention just because of that boy, supposingly called 'Dan' kept staring at me.

"uh-um, my names Sophie, miss" I stuttered as politly as possible.

My face dropped as Miss Jones slammed her book and frowned at me. She looked pretty angry.

"What are you all staring at?!" I raised my voice. Everyones heads turned back to the front and the lesson carried on. Dan, he was quite cute you know, Blonde hair, some down and some spiked up. His eyes were beautiful, but it was pretty hard to see them from the other side of the classroom. He was wearing black, dark skinny jeans and a top that said the word 'Hype' in bold letters.

The bell went and i packed all my stuff into my route 1 bag and headed for the door until someone grabbed my arm.

"Dont forget, detention this afternoon" Dan smiled.

"Yeah, how could i forget?" We both burst into laughter and walked down the hall. He was quite popular with the girls, every single one we passed they were like 'Oh hey Dan' or 'Hey sexy' which kind of creeped me out. I got a few looks now and then but Dan told me they must of been jealous, which made me laugh.

Another boy joined us, Dan called him Ben. We stopped by the row of lockers and Ben put his hand out.

"Hey there, im Ben, but you can call me AB for shorter if you like" I shook his hand "Im Sophie but you can call me Soph, i guess" We smiled. He was also quite cute, wore a snapback and hipster glasses!

Me and Dan exchanged numbers and he invited me over his after school, well Bens, his and some boy called Mike, i got pretty excited but decided to keep it in until they went. He told me they were in a band called M.A.D but i'd never heard of them.

...

Great. Lunchtime detention.. with Dan. Perfect! I walked in and sat down and looked around and spotted the blonde boy sitting on the other side. I smiled and shook my head.

He got up and took out the wooden stool next to me and sat down.

"So.. how are you?" He asked, not making eye contact

"You shouldn't be here" i replied "You'll get into trouble" i bit my lip nervously.

"Shes not here" He raised his eyebrows and turned his head towards me "which means..?" I could see a smirk coming through his lips.

"She wont see you, yeah whatever" I tugged a brown curl behind my ear and leaned on my hand. I could feel him touching my feet with his, this may sound weird but it kind of turned me on. I liked him.. a little.

...

I waited by the big, metal gate for Dan. He's driving back to his. I could see him walking with another girl. She was so beautiful.. Her brown waves twirled in the wind, Bright pink lipstick spread across her plumpish lips. But the real question was, who is she?

Dan shaked his hand infront of my face trying to get my attention. I rolled my eyes and started walking.

"Wrong way!" He laughed and signaled. I rolled my eyes again and walked the right way, keeping a distance between us.

It was silence most of the way. I didn't want to talk until i knew who that girl was.

"Who was that girl you were walking with?" i blurted into the silence. He started laughing and shaking his head.

"Well? who was it?" i questioned. He just kept laughing.

My heart pumped faster and faster "You're such a dick." I turned my head and looked out the window. Rain drops falling, like they were racing to get to the bottom. I loved traveling, it's always been my favourite thing. Just being in the car was so calmful and peaceful. My dad used to always take me for a car drive when i was younger to get me to fall asleep. It always worked.

"Take me home" I mumbled.

He sighed loudly "It was Morgan silly, Ben's girlfriend, someones jealous" He looked over and winked.

Was i jealous? I mean, i only met Dan today, i can't have developed feelings already.

I laughed sarcastically "You wish"

We finally arrived. The house was just.. massive. Big and glass. He opened the door and motioned me in first.

"No, girls first" i joked. He walked in laughing. He shouted "Im now officially a girl" which made me giggle. I sat down on the sofa as Dan gave me a glass of orange juice. I sipped it while looking at all the colourful fish swim around in the tank. Eating all the bits of food. Dan jumped next to me and rested his head on my shoulder.

"School makes me tired" He yawned. I laughed and patted his head gently. Someone came running down the stairs. Quickly.

"What girl is it this time Dan?" In came someone VERY familular. Dan shot his head up and looked at me, squinting his eyes slightly.

"No Mike, shes different."

I looked up. The boy stared at me, tears in his eyes.

Michael.

Hey guys, sorry i haven't updated in a while. i've been busy in school. Exams are getting really close :(( I promise i'll update more. Keep reading and enjoying!
