The Ford twins were something of a dream, a walking figment of one's imagination that no human could find the words to describe. Even those who cared about them avoided having them in their train of thought for the pure idea of them boggled one's mind.
They were the same in many ways yet entirely opposite in those very same ways. A walking contradiction they said, a complete abnormality. The twins were like shooting stars, in a way, appearing carelessly in a burst of unimaginable beauty but just as fast fading into the background of a dark blue mirage in the sky. Something so inherently peculiar, one would doubt ever having seen anything, to begin with.
Though there were few that saw through their extravagant ways, as everyone needed a best friend. It only proved difficult when the secret love that they held could not be revealed in the simplest of ways. As the Ford twins were not simple people.
Wynter has always loved Axel and craves for nothing more than for that feeling to be reciprocated but she has come to terms with the truth of the matter. That Axel Pike, although her closest friend, is entirely touchable. She has her reasons for believing in such a thing, little does she know, those reasons couldn't be farther from the truth.
