What I thought would be a quick 20 chapter book is ending up to be more than I thought I would do |D welp, good thing for all the readers that there's more than 20 chapters
Hinata groaned as she turned over in her bed. She could hear the movement of Neji, Kiba, and Tenten as they tried to stay as quiet as possible but with the sound of sizzling breakfast, muttering conversations, and Akamaru barking from time to time, it was hardly quiet. Sighing, she sat up in the bed trying to ground herself down. There was always a moment when she woke up where she understand where she was and this one of those moments. All she could remember was tackling Naruto to the ground and now she woke up in Kiba's room as if nothing ever happened.
Taking off the hat she wore to sleep and her glasses, she set them on the table beside her and rubbed her forehead as it ached with pain from having to sleep with a hat on. Her lips tingled as if she had forgotten something from the night before but she shook off the feeling and got out of bed, smacking her lips together to try and rid the morning dryness of her mouth. Stretching her arms, she took her phone and new keys out of her pocket and pulled out some new clothes from her suitcase before entering the attached bathroom to the bedroom. Stripping off her clothes, she looked at the scars that were left from multiple surgeries as a child. Tracing her fingers along each faded line on her skin. Sighing, Hinata turned on the shower and stepped inside.
Once she finished taking her shower, Hinata wrapped a towel around her naked body before brushing her teeth and getting rid off the rust like taste in her mouth. Once she made sure that everything about her was okay, she changed into a white dress shirt, a jean jacket, and blue shorts. Tying her hair up into a high ponytail, Hinata exited the bathroom and picked her phone off of the table before exiting her bedroom. "Oh look, sleeping beauty is awake." said Kiba.
Tenten rolled her hands as she handed Hinata a plate of food as she joined them in the living room. Hinata had noticed that the three of them didn't have breakfast in the kitchen but instead they had it in the living room since it was more comfortable for them. "Don't mind him for today, he's a little grouchy since he had to wake up early. He had a drinking contest with Neji last night. But enough of those two dummies, how was your night with Naruto?" asked Tenten. Hinata sat still for a moment as she tried to recollect her memories. She thought that it had only been a dream and nothing more but here was Tenten saying it was the truth.
Hinata grabbed her water and gulped it down as her cheeks turned red, "H-How did I get home? I-I thought that it was all a dream and that it never happened. Oh my god it happened. I cried in front of him. I freaking cried in front of him Tenten! What do I do? Do I apologize? Is he mad for suddenly falling asleep on him? He saw me cry! I mean I was super happy that he took me out to see the stars it's every teenage girl's dream for her crush to do that but he saw me cry! How did I get home!?" The three bystanders watched as the just graduated high school study went through her early midlife crisis. Suddenly Hinata lifted her head and looked at Kiba, "B-But you promised me that you wouldn't tell him." she muttered as tears formed in her eyes.
Tenten looked at Kiba as he suddenly became flustered. He had never dealt with a teenage girl who was just going through the emotions that every teenager would go through when they were much younger but due to Hinata's father her's came much later. And it came right at them. "Well the guy was practically dying because of your mood swings yesterday! He kept checking his phone to see if you messaged him and he kept muttering under his breath about whether to go visit you or not so I had to tell him! I couldn't just let him go to your house and appear in front of your dad out of nowhere!" defended Kiba as he felt like he had been backed up into a corner. Akamaru whimpered as he shook his head at his owner. It was the first time Akamaru had seen his owner being so cowardly in front of a girl.
