Today was your best friend's birthday. You had planned to go out to eat brunch with her. When you got there, you were seated at a table that was really close to another one. You sat down across from your best friend. You guys were talking and you ordered your food. That's when 2 other guys came and sat at the table close to yours. When they sat down, you immediately locked eyes with the guy with blond hair.

"(Y/n) so what do you want to do later today?" (Y/b/f) asked.

You didn't answer you were too busy admiring that boy.

"Hey (y/n)!" (Y/b/f) said.

But still no answer. She threw her napkin at you and that's when you snapped out of it.

"Hey! What was that for?" You asked.

The boy chuckled and looked away.

"Well I've been talking to you and you haven't answered. Why?" She asked.

You were to close to the boy to say so you decided to pull out your phone and text her.

YOU: I was staring at that really cute boy. 😍

Y/B/F: oh! He is pretty cute!

YOU: Hey! He's mine! 😂

Y/B/F: I have a boyfriend😂

YOU: oh right! Lol💖

You looked up because your food was here. You and your friend talked and talked. Until you guys were done and decided to leave. You really wanted the boy's number but didn't know how to ask.

"Hey I'm going to the ladies room before we leave. You coming?" (Y/b/f) asked.

"Nah I'll stay and wait." You said.

She walked away and that's when you noticed a napkin had just fallen on the floor. It was the boy's napkin. You picked it up and saw that it said:

You looked up and saw Corbyn staring at you. You smiled and he winked. Your friend came back and you left. You guys went to get some cupcakes from her favourite bakery and celebrated her birthday. You were only spending a bit of the day with your best friend because the rest she was spending with her boyfriend. She dropped you off home and you had nothing else planned for the day. So you decided to text Corbyn.

YOU: hey it's me. The girl from the restaurant.

I waited a bit and decided to watch a movie. I turned on Netflix and started watching pitch perfect. I soon heard my phone go off.

CORBYN: hey! Can I get a name for this beautiful girl from the restaurant?

YOU: oh yea. I'm (y/n).

CORBYN: cool. So (y/n) what's up?

YOU: nothing really just watching pitch perfect.

CORBYN: nice! Love that movie! 💖

YOU: ah chick flick movie lover. I admire that. 😂

CORBYN: why thank you. Lol I just like that movie for the singing. 😂

YOU: oh. You sing?

CORBYN: yep and write too.

YOU: ooh nice. I bet your good. 😊

CORBYN: thanks but you've never heard me sing😶

YOU: I don't have too. Your eyes say a lot. 🙃

CORBYN: well then. Did my eyes tell you how I cute I think you are😏

YOU: oh I might have not heard that one. 🤔

CORBYN: haha well it's true

YOU: well then. Thank you.

CORBYN: hey what are you doing other than watching pitch perfect?

YOU: nothing really why?

CORBYN: we should hang out😉

YOU: um I don't really know you. What if you kidnap me?😬

CORBYN: well than I promise I won't kidnap you and if I do I will sing for you. 😏

YOU: ok then it's settled. Where'd you wanna meet?

CORBYN: Starbucks?😀

YOU: sure! See you there!☺️

CORBYN: can't wait!😘
