You were going back home to LA from visiting your family in (your home town). You were traveling by yourself and your flight had been delayed. You could see all the disappointed expressions on everyone's faces. You sat down on a seat and waited. You were looking around when a cute brunette boy caught your eye. You were looking at him when he saw you. You quickly looked away hoping he didn't thinly u were creepy. You looked at your phone and pretended to text someone. After a couple minutes you looked up and he was talking to the boys next to him. Then they announced that the you could board the flight. You waited for the boy to go so that he didn't see you. You then grabbed your bag and walked to the lady. She approved your ticket and you walked on the plane. You walked down the row to find your seat. You found it and with your luck, your seat was next to the cute brunette boy. He looked at you and smiled. You smiled back and sat down.

"Hey." He said.

"Hey." You said.

"Um I saw you earlier," he said.

"Yep you did." You said.

"You were looking at me." He said.

"Yea sorry about that." You said turning red.

"No it's cool. Is there something in my face?" He asked.

"Oh no. I was just a-" you weren't sure what to say.

"Ok well I'm Jonah." He said.

"I'm y/n." You said.

"That's a pretty name." Jonah said.

"Thanks." You said.

"So how's t going?" Jonah asked.

"Pretty good. I'm sitting next to a cute boy, life's going great. You?" You said smiling.

"Ha and I'm sitting next to a beautiful girl, I'd say my life's going pretty greta as well." Jonah said.

You and Jonah talked for the whole flight. You were talking about you and your hobbies and found out about his band. You guys got along very well. It felt like you guys had known each other for years.

"Y/n I'm very glad I met you today." Jonah said.

"I'm glad I met you." You said blushing.

The flight had finally arrived in LA and you guys landed. You got off the plane and went baggage claim. You were still talking to Jonah while searching for your bags.

"Ok well I'll text you later?" Jonah asked.

"Yep!" You said.

He smiled and gave you a hug. You smiled and went home. For the rest of the night you had a huge smile on your face. Your roommate was super happy for you. It was around 9:30pm and you finally got a text.

Jonah: hey y/n!

You: well hello Jonah. Finally.

Jonah: you were waiting for me?

You: I didn't say that

Jonah: you didn't have to😉

You: 🙄

Jonah: wanna hang out tomorrow?

You: sure! Where??

Jonah: someone is excited..

You: ok you know what, I have plans tomorrow. Sorry.

Jonah: wait who said I wasn't excited?🙃

You: ok😂

You and Jonah talked until 2 in the morning. You guys had a lot in common. You soon fell asleep and didn't realize the last text Jonah had sent you... but then deleted.

Jonah: you're really cute. I don't really fall for a girl the first day I meet them but your an exception. So glad I met you and I can't wait to see you tomorrow. 💖
