"Hey, Monty!" You walk up towards your boyfriend, and kiss him on the cheek. He was sitting outside on a bench alone, and school had just ended. You notice he doesn't reply. "No reply?"
He shakes his head and points to his throat.
"What?" You ask again. "Did you lose your voice?"
He nods slowly and places his hand on the bench, gesturing for you to sit. You take a seat next to him, and your phone buzzes in your pocket. You take it out and smile at the text you had just received
Monty❤️: How was ur day xx
Y/n❤️: It was pretty uneventful.... and yours? Xx
Monty❤️: Besides having no voice, it was ok xx
Y/n❤️: How did you lose your voice? Xx
Monty❤️: At the party on Sat night cuz I was shouting 2 much. The doctor says it'll be back in about 3 days xx
Y/n❤️: Poor baby :( xx
Y/n❤️: So are we still on for our date on Saturday night? Xx
Monty❤️: Yep... at least I'm gonna have my voice back xx
Y/n❤️: Aww, why don't we go over to my place so we can eat some ice cream and watch Riverdale. I may or may have not watched one episode ahead ;) xx
Monty❤️: You went ahead???!!! Smh (Y/n). Guess you'll just have to rewatch it with me! Xx
Y/n❤️: Wouldn't think of skipping it xx
Monty❤️: I love you xx
Y/n❤️: I love you more xx
Monty❤️: I love you the most xx
Y/n❤️: Impossible xx
Monty❤️: Nothing's impossible xx
Y/n❤️: Okay... Enough lovey dovey!! Let's head over to my place xx
Monty❤️: Let's go xx
