Anyone can judge as long as they are not entered in the category they want to judge. Ok know for the rules.

It doesn't matter if a book as 10 reads it could still be amazing so don't hate on them.
You can only enter 3 books and they have to be in different category's. You can enter in the next chapter.
The book must be in English. I'm sorry it's the only language I speak.
