i get to lauren's apartment and see her standing outside.

"omg hey!" i yelled.

"i am so fucking hype for this night." she said.

"yeah me too." i fake smiled.

"now seriously, what's wrong?" lauren asked.

"lets go inside and talk about it." i said.

we head up the stairs which was exhausting. i just realized how not in shape i am by walking up those stairs.

"sam, this is may, may this is sam." lauren said.

"hey sam." i put my hand out.

"hey girl." he shakes my hand.

"okay so tell us what happened and if you don't , no going out. wait actually i kinda wanna go out so just tell us." lauren laughed.

"well someone from showtime called me saying that i had to break up with ethan and if i didn't , they would fire me." i said.

"what the fuck!" sam yelled.

"yeah they said because of cameron and ruby's relationship , that ethan and i aren't allowed to be together. i really want to be with him but i also really want this job." i said.

"just sneak around." lauren blurted out.

"they would def find out tho." i said.

"well then you have to choose." sam said.
