You woke up in a cold sweat. Sitting up in the bed. Mark woke up beside you, "(Y/N), what happened?" He leaned up and touched your shoulder. "I-I had a bad dream, I think." You said with a small shudder. You brushed Mark's hand off of your shoulder. "Do you want to talk about it?" Mark asked you quietly. "No, Mark, go back to sleep, please." You told your supposed-husband. Mark grasped your hand, "(Y/N), are you sure?" Mark asked.
You took one look at him and broke into tears, "Oh, (Y/N), I'm sorry." Mark said, embracing you tightly. You held him tightly, tears pouring down your cheeks. "I'm so so so sorry." You cried into his shirt. "About what?" Mark asked, "I-I don't know." You said, sobbing harder.
The two small kids ran into your room. "Mommy, what's wrong?" Mitchell asked. Mark looked up at the boy, "Mommy had a bad dream, she'll be okay."
The boy climbed onto the edge of the bed, the girl, struggling slightly followed her brother. "Mommy, what's my name?" Mitchell asked. You continued to sob into Mark's shirt, "Mitchell this isn't the time." Mark told your son."
"Sowwy Dad," Mitchell said. The girl crawled closer to you, hugging you tightly. You slowly but surely stopped crying over time. "I-I remember my nightmare." You stuttered.
Mark nodded as if to say, 'Go On.'
"My best friend, Regan, she died after she gave birth to her kid. She was married to someone I was close to, his name started with a T." You explained. "Uncle Tyler!" Mitchell said.
"Tyler! That was it!" You said happily, clapping your hands. "And... I named you after her." You said, turning and pointing at the small girl, your daughter, named after your best friend. "Regan." You said satisfied. Your daughter smiled and hugged you tighter, "You remembered me!" She let go of you and tackled her brother, both of them tumbling off the bed. Mark and I laughed and scrambled to check on them.
Regan squealed. "Mommy remembered me, Mitchie!" Your daughter said, shaking her brother around till he was dizzy.
