"You did what?" Blake asked his band mates once they had gotten back to his house; he knew something was up by the guilty looks on their faces, "You're shitting me, right?"

"We went to talk to Adeline," George repeated slowly, not knowing how Blake was going to react; he could tell Reece was already in defense mode, "We thought we would help. But we didn't exactly know what happened and you weren't going to tell us. So we found someone who would."

"Didn't you lot think there was a reason I didn't tell you?" Blake almost screamed, completely angry that the two would meddle in his business, "You should have left it alone!"

"We were just worried about you, mate," Reece defended, getting worked up because Blake wasn't understanding, "You were literally decaying in front of our eyes! You couldn't expect us not to do anything about it!"

"That's exactly what I expected you to do!" the brunette retaliated, his face getting red and a vein popping out of his neck, "Not go and fucking talk to her!"

"Well we did anyways so now we know what happened," Reece replied through gritted teeth, "And can you calm down and act like the Blake that we've spent the last year with? Frankly, I'm sick of you being all shady and sad over something you did. If you want to fix it so badly, do something other than mope around about it!"

"I bloody can't! She won't talk to me!" Blake's voice boomed through the empty house, there was a bout of silence before realization dawned on him and his voice came out as a whisper, "But she talked to you two?"

"What's that supposed to mean?" George spoke up, finally getting into the conversation, "Why wouldn't she speak to us?"

"She wouldn't even talk to me so why the bloody hell would she talk to you two, of all people?" Blake spat, looking both of them up and down, "She doesn't even know you!"

"How the hell are we supposed to know? If you know her so well, shouldn't you be the one to tell us that?" Reece all but screamed back, Blake had gotten him riled up and there was no going back now, "Oh yeah, maybe you don't know her as well as you thought!"

"Shut up, mate," Blake's teeth were on top of each other and grinding down; he was trying immensely hard not to completely blow up, "I know her well enough."

"Clearly not well enough to trust her in the first place," Reece said finally, narrowing his eyes at the brunette, "She was right to leave. You were wrong."

"Oh fuck off, Reece," Blake pushed past the two and headed out the door, giving it a final slam before the two could hear his car screeching off into the distance.

"Oh, I'll fuck off alright," Reece muttered under his breath, grabbing his coat and shoving his arms through the holes before following in Blake's footsteps and slamming the door behind him.

George was left in the middle of an empty house, wondering what the hell had happened in a matter of days. What was happening between his bandmates? With an exasperated sigh, George went to take a nap. The day had already been too much for him.

Blake was driving like a mad man through town, earning a few curses thrown his way as he drove by. His car was long gone by the time anyone had gotten the chance to finish their sentences. He was racing across the tracks and there was nothing anyone could do to stop him. Thankfully, there were no cops on the lookout or he surely would have gotten pulled over. Blake knew exactly where he was headed and focused solely on that.

He didn't know what was happening in his mind. Blake knew he was being ridiculous; he knew he was being irrational and all around crazy. He just didn't know why. Maybe it was his guilt getting the better of him or pure jealousy that she would talk to them and not him. He needed to do something, anything, that could appease the feeling of despair in his gut. He needed to talk to her again. And this time, she needed to talk back or he wasn't leaving. Blake wasn't going to walk out on her again, not ever.
