Leo's P.O.V

I walk towards Percy and Annabeth, kinda scared. My head is killing me and my heart keeps racing. "Umm...Percy?" I ask and they both look up at me and Annabeth is glaring. "Do you know where Nico is?" I ask and Annabeth sighs. Percy smiles. "Sure, I think he's in his spot...or in the library!" Percy cheerfully says and Annabeth glares at him. I begin to run and get to the library in no time. I open the door and look around and the stupid bell goes off for class. I walk and see Calypso and I see Nico lining up for math class.
"LEO! You never call me anymore...what's going on?!" Calypso screeches.
I look at Nico and my heart beats faster and I get butterflies...oh no.
"Calypso...I kinda..." I say.
"Kinda what? Go on a date? Kinda wanna die? What the hell do you want to do?" Calypso says. I smile at Nico. "Break up... Maybe if you weren't a total bitch we would be together but no, we're through" I say. Calypso looks ready to kill. I wink at Nico and head to my math class.

After my second lesson I walk towards History. I see Nico and I race over to him and smile. "Hey neeks" I say and Nico just stares at the ground. "Can we talk somewhere else?" Nico asks and I nod, heading to his spot. We sit down and Nico just looks at the ground. "So...what's wrong?" I ask. "I get it if you don't want to do your homework project with me anymore" Nico says. I go blank...why would he say that? "Nico, what the hell?! Why would I not want to do a project with you? You're a great guy!" Leo says. "Because of who I am..." Nico stutters. He wipes his eyes and looks up. Tears are rolling down his face.
"Why would I hate you because you're gay? Heck, I'm bisexual so you know...half gay right here!" I say and Nico looks at me in shock. "Do your family and friends know?" Nico asks.
"Only family...and you" I say. Nico smiles. "My family doesn't know...my mum and sisters are kinda old school and my mum is religious and thinks it's a sin..." Nico says. I hug him.
"You know...they'll have to live with it, if they truly love you then they won't care" I say. Nico wipes his eyes.
"What if they kick me out?" He asks.
"My parents will let you stay...they are cool with you" I say and Nico smiles.
"I don't want to lose my sisters" he says. "If they truly love you, they'll accept you for who you are...it doesn't change what sort of person you are, you are still Nico Di Angelo" I say. Nico smiles and I hug him. I see him blushing but he hugs back and I smile. He's so adorable! Stop! He's just a friend in need, not a potential boyfriend, he's probably dating Solace.

"Sorry for thinking you'll hate me, you're not that sort of person" Nico says. "Sorry for not asking sooner and assuming you were straight...I feel like an idiot" I say with a smile and he smiles as we head off to our next lesson. "Dam! You got Di Angelo to smile!" Piper says and elbows me gently and I sigh. "Yeah...how's your superman?" I ask and she goes on about Jason and her and I nod along, but my mind wandering to blueprints and Nico. Why am I thinking this way? Normally I wouldn't be bothered but since I met Nico...it's like I'm starting to care! I'm getting better in most classes and not getting Clarrise chasing me to beat me up as usual.
