Chapter 11: Ranmaru's sick?!

Kenji’s P.O.V

I was shocked when I heard that aniue caught a cold and Dad staying here to take care of him like he used to do when I got sick, but then again I knew that Dad wanted to be a real father and not just king, a real father that cares for his children. I sighed heavily because the thought of aniue not by my side makes me miss him. I almost felt like I want to skip class but that would mean aniue getting mad at me and I don’t like that. I was snapped out of my thought when the teacher came in and greeted us. “Good morning class!” the teacher said. “Good morning sir!” the whole classes except for me of course. “Okay class let’s have a role call.” The teacher said. He then started calling names then I spaced out until I heard Shindou being called then aniue’s name. The teacher called his name for the last time. “Where is that brat? He appears on the first day then the next day he would be absent. What a cocky crowned prince.” I heard the teacher said. I stood up and then came towards him and grabbed his collar, then pulled him close to me. “Listen up sensei, if you don’t want me to tell my brother what you said you better stop your cocky act. The reason why my brother is here because he is sick got that. If I hear you bad mouth my brother once more I will personally kill you got.” I said in calm yet cold tone that even knight gets frightened. Shindou came up to me and calmed me down then he slapped the teacher and told him his fired.

Shindou’s P.O.V

When I heard the teacher bad mouth my best friend, my blood boiled up and then Kenji suddenly came toward the teacher and held him by his collar. Then I he said the words I want to say, instead of telling Kenji not to kill the teacher, I went towards him calmed him down first, then I turned to the teacher and slapped him in front of the class. “Sensei, you’re fired. You don’t deserve to teach in this school where you will call a young prince and young noble “brat” is way too insulting.” I said. “Please don’t fire me I don’t have anywhere to go and I also don’t have a decent job.” He said. “No, I won’t be the one who will judge you, it’s the students here.” I said. “Guys! Our teacher just called your kind Prince and my kind big brother a brat. Not only he insulted him but he also insulted us w/ royal and noble blood flowing inside our veins. Do you still want him to be our teacher?!” Kenji yelled. “NO! WE WANT HIM GONE!” the class yelled in response. “There you have it. Sorry but we don’t want you teaching in this class anymore.” I said. “Fine then, I will have to kill you all here.” He said. When I said that the door opened and then I saw Ranmaru come in.

Ranmaru’s P.O.V

It was hard to convince Dad that I can take care of myself but then again he lets me go but he was following me this almost made me to stay and let him spoil me but I can’t do that. So I turn around and then he stop and looked at me for a while before he carried me and then I punched him in the gut so hard that he was knocked unconscious. I then carried him and placed him outside our classroom. When I entered I saw the teacher begging Shindou to let him stay. “Shindou what’s going on here?” I asked using my authorative voice which caused every student to stay quiet. “Your highness, this man just called you brat.” Shindou said. “Let him be, since he is just new so let him off the hook.” I said. “Yes, your highness.” He said and bowed down. When I was about to walk to my seat my vision began to blur and bumped into a desk. Then my classmates began to stand up and support me. “Thank you.” I said. “You’re welcome Prince Ranmaru.” Akihiko said. Then my Fiancée came and then she helped me with my things. “Prince Ranmaru, please don’t force yourself too much or else I will have to accompany you to your room to make sure you don’t get up and have enough rest.” She said. When she said that she will accompany me to my room, I can’t help but blush at her statement. I sighed and bowed my head in defeat.

Yuki’s P.O.V

Such a troublesome fiancée I have, but it was worth saying things he doesn’t like just to see him blush under my comment. He sighed and bowed his head in defeat. “Good, now if you aren’t feeling too well just tell me okay?” I said. “Fine, there’s no point in arguing with you when you’re always right.” He said. “Hey, no need to be childish.” I said to him. “I’m not being childish.” He said. Shindou came and whispered something to me. ‘Yuki sama, he’s always been like that when he’s fever or cold has gone way up.’ He said. I nodded and checked his temperature, and boy he’s going to get it. “Prince Ranmaru, Let’s get you to your room. Your cold is only getting worse by staying out here.” She said. “Okay.” He said and stood up then he felt dizzy and lost his balance but luckily Akihiko was standing on the other side and caught him before he even fell. “Thanks, Akihiko.” he said in a painful tone. “I’m with you, since I’m your fiancée it’s my job to nurse you back to health.” I said. Luckily he nodded and grabbed onto Shindou. “Shindou, can you help me get father?” he asked. “You, mister are not going anywhere but bed! Now, Shindou bring him back to his room and make sure he gets changed into his sleep wear.” I ordered. “Yes, your highness.” He said. and then he left with me being in charge of bringing his things to his room. 

Shindou’s P.O.V

When her highness, princess Yuki that I bring his highness, Prince Ranmaru to his room I just followed, because I didn’t like to face her wrath by the time she finds out that I got his highness to help find his father. “Girls are scary.” Prince Ranmaru said. “I know, but I bet that Nonoha is this scary when she gets angry.” I said. “At least we aren’t to face her wrath, when kaitou is around.” He said “I guess.” I said. When we got to his room I saw the king, sitting on the couch and drinking his tea. “Your majesty I’ve been asked to bring Prince Ranmaru back to his room. Please pardon my intrusion.” I said. then he stood up and gently carried Prince Ranmaru inside the room. “So, Yuki got the best out of you two right?” he asked. “Hai!” Prince Ranmaru and I both said. and hung our head low.

Kazemaru’s P.O.V

*sigh* I just wish yuki would just accept that ranmaru is quite dense and a big idiot for bein childish in front of her. “Shindou, lay him down on the bed and I will take care of the rest.” I said. “yes, your majesty.” He said, then left the two of us. “Alright let’s get you into your pad\jamas.” I said. Ranmaru just nodded and obeyed. When I was done dressing him, he spoke up. “Dad, my head hurts and my body feels numb.” He said. I double checked his temperature and he was having a very high fever. I quickly called a doctor to check up on him. “your majesty, no need to worry he just strained himself. He just needs to stay in bed for a few days and dirnk plenty of water.” The doctor said. “Why don’t you just give him a shot for the cold?” I asked. “Well, he started getting violent and started crying for you, your majesty.” He said. “give him the shot.” I said. “yes, your majesty.” He said. “Ranmaru, you need to take your shot.” I said. “Will you stay?” he asked. “of course.” I said. Then the doctor gave him the shot and then ranmaru went to sleep. His complexion was starting to get better. I thank the doctor as he left us alone.

 sorry for the late update i was so busy in getting an inspiration for the story but then again being in college is tough so pls don't get mad!!!!!!! TT^TT
