One More Shot

I woke up to the feeling of someone shaking my arm. "Baby.." Ivan said softly, "Your gonna be late to pick up your friends." I put my head up. "Shoot I completely forgot! Thank you for waking me up love." Ivan gave me a kiss. "I wish you could stay for longer." He said getting on top of me. "I'll be back later baby." I said through the kiss laughing a little. I got up and put on some leggings and a red v neck t-shirt. "Stunning as always." Ivan said as I walked out of the bathroom. He put his hands on my waist kissing me again. "I'll be back soon babe. I love you." "I love you too." He said smiling at me. I ran downstairs and grabbed the key to the van. I put the radio on and drove to the airport. The song me and Ivan were listening to together on the plane when I first met him came on, and I started singing my little heart away. "Pacito pacito suave suavecito nos vamos pegando poquito poquito..." I missed him already. I got to the airport about 20 minutes later, and waited for Symone and Hannah. I heard a voice say, "Hi I'm dom!" From behind me. I turned around and sure enough it was Hannah and Symone. (That line was from a YouTube video). I ran over and jumped into Hannah's arms. I then ran over to Symone, causing us to fall on the floor. "Oh my god, I've missed you both so much!!!!!" I shouted. "Us too!" Symone said smiling. "How's hubbyyyy?" Hannah said laughing. I showed them all the photos from a shoot we did a few days ago. "You guys are to cute stop." Symone said laughing. "You'll get to meet Emilio today symonee." I said giggling. "OH MY GOD WAIT THATS SO TRUE!" Hannah and I almost fell to the floor dying at her reaction. "Come on girls lets go!" I said and they followed me out to the car.

We got home about an hour later. I forgot how bad LA traffic is. I introduced the girls to everyone. I noticed Emilio staring at both girls. Symone was the first to walk over. "H-hi.." She said in a shy voice. "Hello." Emilio replied. "I like the pink hair." He said smiling at her. "Gee, thanks." She blushed. "Get a room!" Hannah said laughing. Hannah walked over and introduced herself. "Hola." She said while shaking his hand. "Como estas?" Emilio replied. Hannah didn't really know anything in Spanish aside from hello. "Same to you.." she said and everyone started laughing. You gotta love that girl. Ivan walked over and gave me a kiss. "Awwww Ivan and Cali sitting in a tree. K.I.S.S.I.N.G!" Both girls shouted out. Me and Ivan thought it would be funny to finish off the song. "First comes love then comes marriage, then comes the baby in a baby carriage!" Everyone began to laugh. I felt my phone buzzing in my pocket. It was the agent. Ivan looked over at me. I walked outside and he followed. We sat on the ledge near the porch. "Hello?" I said as my voice was shaking. "Hi Cali. Um we have a bit of a problem. We've been informed of some social media posts in connection to you. I'm sure you can understand that we really can't have people like this representing our labels." He talked for what seemed like years. I started to ball my eyes out. I felt myself going numb. After he finished I began to talk. "Sir, music is my life. I always like to use it to try and connect to other people's issues and problems. I would never do something like that to anyone. My life was hell for years. Brittney was the one who wrote all those messages under my name. She's trying to ruin my chances here. You have to believe me sir." There was silence for a moment. "You have one more chance Cali. ONLY if your able to sort out this issue with Brittney." I thanked him repeatedly, and got off the phone. I was shaking. I felt like I was going to pass out. Ivan held me tightly in his arms. "I have an idea baby. Everything will be fine. I promise." Something about the feeling of his arms, and that sound of his voice was just so calming. "What would I do without you?" I said staring up into his eyes. He leaned down and kissed me.

We walked back inside. I saw Symone sitting with Emilio, and Hannah was next to Anthony. "Y'all settling in well I see huh?" I said. Everyone laughed. "Emilio, żpodrías subir con nosotros un poco, por favor?" Ivan looked over at Emilio. "Si seguro." He replied and got up. The three of us walked upstairs. Ivan started setting up the camera. He told me and Emilio to go and sit down in front of it. He turned it on and started talking. "What's up guys. It's Ivan. So I'm here with Emilio," "what's up guys!" Emilio said, "and I'm sure you've seen from my instagram posts, I'm also here with my girlfriend Cali." Ivan pointed over to me. "Hi guys." I said waving at the camera. "So Cali is a singer, and she is currently working with a huge record label here in LA. There however is a problem. A girl named Brittney from her home town has been posting things on her social media that people have been reposting everywhere. They are messages that Brittney is claiming Cali sent when really it was her using Cali's account. I need you guys to report all these accounts and get them all deleted including Brittney. Thank you all so much for watching. PEACE!" Ivan said placing his hand over the camera and shutting it off. "Thank you so so much babe." I said pulling him in for a kiss. "You two Emilio thank you so much. I walked over and gave him a hug. Maybe everything would turn out alright.
