Chapter 46

Kate's P.O.V
I was playing the piano,going to the last key when some one blocked the last key. I looked up to see daddy,

"I see you found your things"

"Ah,yeah"

I continued playing then he said.

"Let me show you a new song"

"No thanks"

I kept on playing when he played the major keys while I'm using minor.

"Do you mind?"

"No,not at all"

We then had a battle with the piano.
We finished the battle and he said.

"You're much better now I see"

"Yeah,Anthony taught me"

"Oh"

I looked at the wall and saw the same picture that was once above the piano,when I was younger.

"Remember that day we had that picture"

"Yeah,my sixth birthday"

"You know that's my favorite"

"Mine's the one of us dancing"

"Oh,you mean this one?"

Handing me a picture of me and him re creating the scene from beauty and the beast.

"Yeah,we would dance around and act like no one is watching"

"Well,I'm gonna go now I need to make more chocolate blooming roses"

"Chocolate Blooming Roses"

"Oh,they were your idea,I'm sorry if I didn't ask"

"Oh,it's fine"

He left me and I looked around I found a cloth hiding something underneath it,I grabbed the cloth and saw a suit similar to daddy's  but shorter. I saw the same top hat he gave me when I was younger and beside it a crown with a swirly violet KW on it. I looked at it and saw the gloves I made when I was younger. I toke it out and tested it out in the chocolate.

That night..............

I tried out every invention I made and chocolates I made and everything was sooo surprising.I went to my room and tried to sleep. I went outside to the balcony and stared at the stars,that's what I did in grandfather's house when I couldn't sleep.

Willy Wonka's P.O.V

I couldn't sleep that night,and tried to but just couldn't I went out and noticed Kate's door opened. I tried looking for her,in the shrine,library and inventing room. I saw an oompa loompa coming my way so I asked him.

"Have you seen my daughter"

He told me he saw her in the balcony,so I went and found her.

"You can't sleep,can't you"

"No"

"Looking at the stars?"

"Yeah,that's what I did if I didn't sleep in grandfather's house"

"I did raise you to be like me"

"What do you mean?"

"I did that when I was younger too"

"Really?"

"Yeah,Kate I am so so so sorry that I wrote those things about you,I was wrong about you,you can take the factory as your own,your way"

She smiled and hugged me,I hugged her back.

Narrator:

And from that day on they kept on making Kate's recipes and new recipes,soon Diana married Charlie Bucket who is now a doctor. Willy Wonka knew from that day life is definitely sweeter.
