Awkward. The only word to describe this moment in time. Why was everyone staring at me? Didn't they have their own lives to be getting on with?

I saw a group of girls looking at me with envy and an obvious glare darkened their features. The football team were throwing their ball around but stopped to gawk at me. Admiration and lust shown in their eyes. Sean was standing in the middle of the crowd next to his black Mercedes CLA. He had a smirk on his lips and was also staring at me with admiration and lust but there was something else too. Adoration?

Whatever.

"Why the hell is everyone looking at me?" I hissed asked Ryan quietly so only he could here me.

"Maybe because they found out what a kick ass fighter you are" He said proudly.

"Hm, that would explain it" I agreed. My eyes flickered to a figure in the distance. They were in the shadows and I could feel them staring. At us.

I felt Ryan tense up next to so I looked up at him.

"Hey are you okay? Did you see it too?" I asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine. And see what?" He answered, giving me a weak smile.

"That" I said pointing to where I saw the figure but it was gone. Like it wasn't ever there. Ryan tried to see what I was pointing at but he just grew confused.

"Erm, there's nothing there" He stated the obvious.

"There was something there! A person! I swear!" I exclaimed.

"Are you okay?" He asked, turning the question on me and putting the back of his hand up against my forehead.

"I'm not crazy! I promise!" I shouted, swatting his hand away. He looked at me with disbelief.

"Whatever, let's just go in" I huffed, dismissing the issue.

I swear, there was something or someone there, watching us. I was not crazy.

"Alright students of AshtonHill, Cassie here! I have an announcement to make. As some of you may know it will be AshtonHill's hundredth years anniversary in one month. The Founders of AshtonHill will be visiting so the dance committee have decided to host a Winter Formal Dance. As it will be founders day, it will be compulsery for everyone to go. You have exactly one month to pick your nominees for king and queen, one month to pick your dresses and tuxes and finally one month to pick your dates people! I hope you all pick wisely for all three of these things, wouldn't want to go to the dance with a total knob now do you? No offence to all those knobs out there *cough* Jack *cough* Alright that's it from me now, Cassie out!" Cassie announced.

Everyone busted out laughing at her comment towards Jack, one of the jocks. Cassie's right, he is a knob a total brainless weasel. No seriously, this guy has no brain.

It was lunch time and we were sitting at our usual lunch table. I stared back at Ryan, who looked completely dazed.

"Ryan" I called out his name.

No response.

"Ryan" I did it again.

Silence.

"Ryan"

Silence.

Moron.

"Oi Ryan!" I hissed, clicking my fingers in front of his face. That seemed to have bring him back.

"Huh?" he asked confused.

"What were you thinking about?" I asked.

"Nothing"
