"Ugh! What is he doing here?" I muttered to myself.

Jase, who sat opposite me, heard me. "Oh! I invited Alpha Sean and his friends to come sit with us."

"What?! Why would you do that?!" I screeched quietly. Everyone at the table gave him, disapproving looks. Not me though. My look towards him was filled with rage.

"Well Paul said to me to treat the Alpha nicely, to show him we mean no harm. Get him to trust us." Jase answered uncomfortably under my hard stare.

"Well there isn't any space here Jase." Ryan backed me up.

"Of course there is!" Ugh.

He just didn't get it. I was trying to avoid Sean, him sitting here, on our lunch table, isn't going to help me avoid him.

"No Jase, there-"

"No Ryan. It's okay. There's plenty space." I said, objecting to Ryan's protest. Don't worry, I'm not going to be sitting here, watching him sit only two feet away from me and watch me.

"See. Lexi's fine with it."

I got up with my tray in hand, stepped over my seat before looking back at my group. They all had a look of pity on them. Except Ryan, he just held a look of concern. Just another reason for me not to stay there.

I turned around and walked away. I felt several stares on my back, as I retreated out of the cafeteria.

The doors shut behind me, but not long after they squeaked open again.

"Lexi!" I heard my name being called out. I was just glad it wasn't Sean.

Elliot ran up to me, out of breath. I'm just hoping he isn't here to convince me to go back.

As if he could read my mind, "I'm not here to convince you to go back."

"Well?"

"Well what?" He asked confused. Moron.

"Why did you follow me out?" I asked rolling my eyes.

"Oh! We need to go Extra Curricular Activity hunting!" He exclaimed.

His enthusiasm brought a smile to myself. So we both made our way outside.

The school ground was huge. I never noticed it before. They must have expanded on it after I left.

We had a cage before but it was just for the soccer team. This cage was much bigger so I guess now it was for the soccer team, football team and the basketball team. They must take turns to use it now.

Outside the cage was a track, for the track team. It looked to be around four hundred meters around the cage.

"So what team you looking to join?" Elliot asked me.

"Probably the track team." I shrugged. "What about you?"

"The basketball team." He said looking over at the cage to see which team was using it now. And fortunately for Elliot, it was the basketball team in the cage.

"Meet up here later?" He suggested.

I just simply nodded.

We both went our separate ways. Elliot towards the cage and I went to the coach that was standing near the track at the starting line. There was already a few boys at the starting line, ready to start their race.

I looked around a little bit more and weirdly enough there were no girls any where around. I swear there used to be a girls track team before and everyday at lunch they would meet at the track.
