Sorry for the lame story ending of the 10th Chapter.

I get woken up by the mouth-watering aroma of pancakes that's being cooked by Rittiny's brother. It looks like a one-person meal, though.

"Hey, what time is it?" I question Rittiny, looking for their clock.

"Five ten," Rittiny awakens, rubbing her eyes open and looking at Josh's watch, who is still asleep.

"Uh, gotta get up. Imma take a bath." I stand up and go to their guest bathroom.

"Okay," she stands up, yawning with her arms streched out.

I run to the bathroom and wash. It takes me 20 minutes to get ready and then I cook, pushing away the mess from last night. I ask permission to cook from Rittiny's mom. There's pancake mix left from Rittiny's brother. After cooking, I wake the others as Rittiny and I plan to go to basketball.

"Oh my gosh. I'm so tired," I whine, when we reach the school. I open the heavy metal door for us.

"No kidding. Five hours of sleep doesn't really energize you as great as 15 hours." She drops her bag on the bench in the locker room.

"My weekend was long. Forest followed me home after working out with him Saturday. Then he slept over without permission from me." I change to my gym uniform. Grey shirt and red shorts, like everyone else's.

"Ohhh," she raises her eyebrows, "so you guys did have sex." She ties her shoes and when she finishes, I lightly smack her on her shoulder.

"No we didn't. You know I don't want to do it." I walk with her to the gym where the team is.

"Or do you?" She asks, smiling. I grab a basketball and passes it to her, unexpectedly. She stumbles back with a smirk on her face.

"Be quiet. You know you wanna do it with Josh," I grin. My grin didn't last long because Dr. Pelat came--earlier than normal--and calls us in for a little announcement.

"I asked some of the best basketball players from the guys' team to come and help us out because, looking back from the dreadful yesteryear, we suck. Terrible. No offense, but, if we keep up with this, we will loose all our games," he warns us. For all I know, Forest is one of the best, if not the best, basketball players in the whole high school district. I have no doubt that he is coming today.

Dr. Pelat calls in the boys in a calm manner. More respectful to them than us.

"Here they are," he gestures to the boys jogging in like they're in a High School Musical basketball game--with rhythm.

With 2 people coming in pairs at a time, except the last one, steps echo all the way through the gym. The steps are formed in unison and basketball shots are made, alternating. No one misses a shot. The last person, though, dunks. It was Forest. The boys gather around Dr. Pelat.

"These men, some from the other high schools, are here to help you..." As Dr. Pelat talks, I glance at Forest once in a while, who has a smile on his face, looking at me. He's beside Tom, a man that wasn't even in any basketball games or tried out. He wasn't even here on the tryout dates, so I'm confused on why he's here, on the basketball team.

"Okay," Dr. Pelat finishes,"pick your girl, boys." The boys run to a girl, most of them partnered with their girlfriend. Rittiny was with Tyler, a guy that, I heard, tried out on the very last minute and got in. Tyler and Josh appeared to be in a band.
